Jason took the extra time to thoroughly inspect and explain everything in detail; as a new homeowner I greatly appreciate the tips he gave on how to keep my heating and AC system running smoothly. We've used AirMax a number of times for a variety of HVAC needs. They have always been quick to come out, helpful, honest and easy to work with. Most recently, Robert, came out to replace our AC capacitor. He repaired it fast and was on his way leaving us with cool air in no time. Highly recommend AirMax for your AC needs!

Scheduled through AHS home warranty and they didn't show up! Their office closes at 4:30 which is extremely early for those of us who work (I would think 5 would be the absolute earliest) and then their voice mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message. No call, no notification. Will not attempt to work with these guys again.
EDIT in response to the company's response below: I am revising my review from 1 to 3 stars for the following reasons: 1) AirMax did eventually show up. Michael our technician was wonderful. He was extremely professional and honest and even gave us some troubleshooting tips for future incidents. However, 2) We honestly did not receive any message or notification from AirMax to let us know our appointment was delayed. We had to go through the home warranty company in order to get in touch with them to find out if they were coming. My husband and I even double checked our missed calls and voicemail after the fact to make sure. Neither of us had any missed calls from a 614 number. In the future, the office can do a better job at communicating with their customers considering many of us work and have to rearrange our schedules for the appointment.

Very rare to find someone that delivers at this level! AirMax was the 3rd company to try to fix our system and they did it the first time. Was right on time, very courteous and 100 times more competent than the others and I have a 3 furnace zoned system . I will never call anyone else.

I had a issue with my electric, Robert came to my house ASAP, he resolved the problem. AirMax is a great company. I'm a customer for life. The fact that Robert went out of his way to help me is amazing customer service. Thank you Robert for all your help.

Do yourself a favor and call anyone but this business. Our furnace went out on Monday and the tech came out Tuesday morning and spent less than 10 mins looking at it. He told us that the heat exchange was broken and we would need a new one and not to use the furnace at all. He also stated he would submit the necessary paperwork to our home warranty company. By Friday (3 days later) the diagnosis still had not been submitted and I got the runaround each time I called for an update. The Warranty company had to send a tech from a different company due to AirMax being unresponsive. The tech from the new company came out and fixed the problem (which was not a broken heat exchange) in about 20 mins. We spent days without heat in the middle of January because of this company’s incompetence and inability to complete simple paperwork in a timely manner.

We had another company out first and they were here literally 10 minutes like you need a new system. We called AirMax for a Second opinión and Im glad we did- they found 2 different things that were making the furnace not run correctly and fixed both, made sure there was no CO2 etc! He was great! And we’ll be using them from now on!

They've never over sold us and are always straight forward and honest. Even though we found them through our home warranty, we will remain loyal customers long after we cancel our warranty policy.
