Initially had another company come out and look at my AC unit. I didn’t feel comfortable with the diagnosis I was given. I asked my insurance company for a second opinion and they sent over Jason with AirMax. Jason was early and professional and already knew what to look for with out me having to explain myself again. He took time to find the issues with my unit but also took time to explain the effects of the issues to me and my wife.The documentation, service and explanation was on point. I would highly recommend them.

We were told that we wouldnt get a technician until Friday but then I got a call and Robert came two days early and saved the day! He was friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family! He even did a little landscaping for me around the unit! Thanks Robert!!

Cincinnati area: Scheduled with AirMax through my home warranty company like many others. I was able to be seen the next day which was rather surprising considering the time of year (January) and current weather conditions (below freezing for several preceding days). Jason came out with someone who was in training, Andrew, and it went smoothly. He was able to provide some context for my system that I didn't know, which made him seem very knowledgeable and experienced.

Incredibly happy with the service and timeliness of Airmax heating & cooling. Sent an inquiry through my home warranty due to my AC not switching on. They selected Airmax Heating & Cooling who called within hours to schedule a time and were able to come promptly the following day. I worked with Robert who was very knowledgeable and personable. We initially thought the problem was with the Thermostat, but sadly, even with that, the AC unit did not kick on later that evening. He came out the very next morning, in the rain, to take a look and solved the issue. He was in contact with me as soon as I re-reported the problem that evening until he came the next day. Very transparent and honest. He's a saint! Will be going through them for regular check-ups.

The ladies in the office are the managers of the company. They are friendly, but have no clue what’s going on with their technicians.
Despite not being able to resolve the issue, they still sent the same two technicians out 5 different times.
Supposedly the techs were here fixing five different things with no luck. Including rewiring my thermostat that had been working perfectly fine for over 25 years, and still no air.
Even after I paid over $200 for Freon, on the sixth visit, one week after it was filled, they said the problem was that I needed a new compressor and that I have to pay for Freon all over again, and pay a $279 fee for a new customer kit because the compressors were different. I watched him on camera do a three hour job in 45 minutes .. I refuse to pay the $279 for the kit because he never used it. After that the central air works great but now my thermostat is going crazy because he rewired it.
So I called them back out, and a new technician arrived, telling me the other technician rewired my thermostat system wrong and he could not figure it out, and that they were going to have to call my Home warranty to try to get it fixed.
Three weeks went by, and I never heard from them.
Then one day, I went back to have new windows installed in my house just to find out that the last technician that was out never put my central air back together. So for three weeks, my unit was exposed to the rain, and other elements.
I called them and they tried to lie and say it was like that when they showed up. First of all not it was not, second of all, that’s their job, you know it should not be exposed like that. Why not make me aware of this, or put it back together.
I have 19 Surveillance cameras at my house, I went back and reviewed the Camera footage, just to see him take it apart and never put it back together. Now we are at A month and 17 days later, I still have not heard back from them.
Warning: Avoid this company. They do crappy work And lie

Scheduled maintenance and then my heat went out that night. Air Max was sent through my warranty company. Jason knew just what to do and did a fabulous job. Was on time and goes the extra mile! Very honest and dependable. Will always call and request him first for my heating and cooling issues. I highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received with Air Max. The tech assigned to me was Andrew, he was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem right away and make the repair. I definitely will be using Air Max if I have any more problems. Kudo's to Andrew!!!

We first chose AirMax 4 years ago when our furnace died under home warranty. They worked with us to replace the furnace at a reasonable price and get our heat back on ASAP. They regularly service our HVAC system and today, we needed help with our new Smart Thermostat! Robert let me know when he was on his way, was super friendly, tolerated my nosey and lovable dogs, and got our problem resolved in less than 20 minutes. He's great and I would highly recommend AirMax to anyone needing fast, reliable service on their heating and cooling. We're customers for a reason!

Terrible experience with them. Sent a technician out, he temporarily fixed our unit for about an hour and a half, and it’s been down again for almost a month. He lied and said that I refused to purchase a 5$ part for my a/c unit, even though I told him that was fine, he never brought them back. Every time we call them to schedule service (what our homeowners warranty is telling us to do) they tell us we have to call the folks at the home warranty place. Absolutely ridiculous.
