I’m an American Home Shield customer and they assigned this company for my repair. Jason was amazing! He was early to the appointment, very professional, and he had my AC up and running again in less than 20 minutes! 10/10 I highly recommend this company!

Tech came out to my house to diagnose AC not running. told him it blows cold then blows ambient temperature. Tech decided to replace the capacitor and then leave, never hooked up hoses or anything. When I asked the tech if he hooked up hoses and took pressure readings he said they were "right on the money".
AC still was not working properly so I had tech come back out, 3 days later. This time he said my compressor is bad because the pressures are all over the place, but werent they just on the money 3 days ago. Very skeptical. When I get the bill to replace the compressor, I get hit with $1000 of surprised items that say my system is not up to code, tech never informed me of these code violations, tech also never even filled out his check list.
service report just said compressor is bad. THIS COMPANY WILL FLEECE YOU. STAY AWAY.

Robert from AirMax was fantastic! Our literal hero! He came out and made sure we understood everything that was going on, made sure everything would run again after he left, and talked us through what he was doing and how our unit worked. We got our AC back and couldn't be happier in this heat!

For us, we will be using AirMax for all our AC needs going forward. Trustworthy and reliable, on time, and honest work. 11/10 stars, I would recommend their business to anyone. Thanks again, Robert and AirMax!!

My home insurance sent them for my broken air conditioner. 🥵 Andrew was fantastic. He was on time (early actually)!, professional, diagnosed problem quickly, did the repair quickly, explained everything to me and he was friendly.
My unit is difficult to get to but he got right in there. Poor guy was sweating like crazy on this super hot day and still in a good mood lol!
I would recommend this company and definitely recommend Andrew. I would use them again for sure.

The young tech that came out was well mannered and knowledgeable. He found the problem and showed it to me and got on with his job. He was here for about an hour, I wish we had more young people like Andrew. Good job and professional young man.

AirMax replied quickly to my AHS repair request. Andrew asked about frozen pipes so as to avoid a service call where no repair could be made, which I appreciated. I was concerned when the technician did not know how to use a Nest thermostat. Andrew found multiple leaks and repaired them quickly. However, 8 hours since the repair, the house is still not cool. The temperature has only dropped less than 8 degrees in 8 hours. According to my research, the temperature should reach the thermostat setting in 3 hours or less. Taking more than 8 hours indicates there are other issues that were not addressed. I have requested a follow-up appointment and will revise this review, if continuing issues are addressed.

Andrew the technician arrived on schedule, introduced himself and proceeded to diagnose my air conditioning problem. After looking at several possible causes and hearing what I had to say about the system he soon found my problem and proceeded to fix . He was very knowledgeable and explained my system problem to me and explained how I could care for my system going forward. Definitely recommend this company for integrity and professionalism. Ask for Andrew if you need a great technician.

Andrew with Airmax got our electric furnace fixed up just in time for a cold front. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem, and he was professional and personable.
