Problem was not resolved. Got a 2nd opinion and the air was fixed. Had to pay for another tech to come out. The technician did not diagnose the problem properly. The technician told us 1 thing that was wrong, and a different problem was submitted to our home warranty. The technician placed a screw in our outside unit (Jerry rigged it) to have the air running continuously. In turn, caused the inside unit to produce excess water that dropped all over the wires and on our floor. This has caused some water damage and also could have caused electrical damage and also could have resulted in a fire. We’ve been on the phone with the better business bureau and also on the phone with an attorney today to discuss what the next steps will be from here to get damages fixed. And to also be reimbursed for the money that we are out, for this company giving us the wrong diagnosis. We have individuals in the home with health issues that cannot be in the heat. This has caused a delay in us getting the air back on in a timely manner. This was a horrible experience and we will move forward with legal action. Would not recommend this company at all. They do not hold up to their word.

I would recommend AirMax to anybody needing work done for their HVAC system. Andrew came out and did a great job fixing my furnace and a/c. These people came to my house for an assessment on my AC unit and were sent by my warranty company. After they left, I was charged the assessment fee, cool. I noticed the next day that there was a problem with my heat (that wasn't an issue before they came) I called back and told them somebody needs to come out and look at the heat issue they created. They came and left, didn't ask for a thing. A week later, I was charged another "assessment" fee with no warning or anything. To top it off, the receptionist wanted to go back and forth about it. NEVER would recommend this shady company.

I used air max heating and cooling through my home warranty. The initial visit was to do a hvac check up basically cleaning my air conditioner. However I did have issues with my air conditioner fan cutting on outside, which was weird consider the air conditioner and the furnace are newer (only 2-3 years old). Anyway Air max sent out Andrew as the technician and he was great and seemed very knowledgeable. He checked everything that could have been wrong and finally found out that it was the thermostat that was bad. He replaced the thermostat and air is now working fine.

The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our initial appointment wasn't until tomorrow. However, he was able to fit us in today (thank God the high is 90). He resolved the issue in a timely manner, did not sell us on unnecessary repairs and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend AirMax every time!

My house was SO HOT. Air Max was sent by my home warranty company to save the day, and Andrew did! He arrived on time, was very friendly, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, and had the repair done in no time. He represented Air Max so well! I'll definitely be using Air Max in the future

AirMax is phenomenal. I used their services because they partner with my home warranty company. They've been to my house about 4 times now for various issues with both my furnace and A/C unit, and each time has had terrific and timely service.
Most recently, Jason came out to take a look at my furnace unit that wasn't working. He noticed the transmitter was out right away, and fixed the issue within minutes. The blower motor was also blown, and he had a replacement motor readily available in his car versus having to come back out. He was very professional, and gave me great advice on filters for my furnace, as well as other general maintenance that I could do to help extend the life of my furnace.
I signed up for their Comfort Club because of Jason, and am now a customer of theirs!
