We were told today, Saturday that we couldn't get anyone out until Thursday which was disappointing as not as it is, then we got a call saying Robert would be able to make it out today! I only have 1 lung so this weather is really hard on me but Robert and this company saved the day! He arrived in time, was super friendly and was able to take care of the issue with no problem! AirMax I hope you do what ever it takes to keep Robert with you company because he is a great representative for your business and an awesome technician! Thank you for making this weekend bearable for me!

I am beyond happy with their fantastic customer service. I knew from the time I made contact until the technician arrived everything that was going on. Jason was professional, caring of my home and friendly. He had my furnace up and running very fast. I would use and recommend AirMax in the future. Their prices are honest as well!

Furnace would not maintain temperature.
Robert the technician/owner replaced faulty igniter, and explained that the previous repair company had installed it incorrectly.
He also installed the new thermostat we had just purchased at no additional charge.
Finally, he checked the pilot for the gas fireplace, and turned it on, again at no additional charge.
Robert went above and beyond a typical service call.
He was friendly, professional and patient, and I will use his services going forward. I highly recommend AirMax.

AirMax was contacted through my home warranty and while I was still on the call with the warranty team, I was receiving call from AirMax to schedule my service which was same day service. With luck on my side today, there was a service tech in the area and he arrived within 45 minutes. Michael was my on-site tech and had my unit back up and running with-in 15 minutes of his arrival and had other replacement parts on order before he left. Michael will be back out tomorrow for final repairs. This is awesome service and much needed with Temps in the mid to upper 90's.

This company is being completely unfair. They are refusing to sevice our AC thour American home shield. This is happening because they called and cancelled our service call in the last half an hour after we waited at home all morning for them to show up. Bu the way this would have been the third time and ac still not fixed. I'm not sure why they won't service they won't take my call or return them. All I asked was to have a more specific time frame for the service to be rescheduled as we had been put out by waiting all morning. I also inquired about getting a temporary fix like portable ac units or staying in a hotel. They could not answer our questions and referred us back to AHS. They refuse to be more specific in a time for rescheduling and told me if I wanted that I would have to wait another week. This is July it is hot . I wod just like ac fixed. Be careful using this company they are very unreasonable.
Your response is irrelevant you would not be late to my appointment if I was the first one for the day. You put me out waiting for one you didn't show up to. I was understanding but requested a time you you be on ten next appointment btw 2 days later. Use your customer service head.

This company was called out to the house via a home warranty claim for a broken thermostat touch screen (~10 years old). The technician acknowledged the issue and we thought all was fine to be covered. Then we get a denial through our home warranty service claiming the issue is due to a "power surge". Keep in mind, there is no evidence of a surge in our house, or our area, nor was that brought up by the technician during the inspection. The claims specialist from the company says that this is their opinion based on their "experience". In my "experience" as an engineer, electrical components fail, especially after 10 years of continuous service. This is a common specification for electrical components and is a reason that we bought a warranty. So in the end, it seems like the other reviews about this company reflect a trend about creative claim submissions from AirMax. Stay away if you want honest service. On to a more reputable company for a second opinion. We will be reporting to BBB and it looks like we are not the first there either.

Was able to get an appointment in a short time. Michael arrived on time, assessed the situation, and within 30 minutes had us up and running. We will never use anyone else.

Robert came out and did a great job fixing our AC unit! He was able to identify the issues and had the parts needed with him to get us cold air again within an hour. He was neat and personable. He was honest about what we needed and what he could do; and did not try to upsell us on something we didn't need. I would call him again if we need other HVAC services.

We had an excellent experience with this company. The owner came out himself on a Sunday to replace an old motor when our air conditioner stopped working. Very friendly, professional, and efficient service. He had us back up and running same day in under an hour. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.
