You be the judge whether the workmanship & installation material used is a 5 Star quality. I purchased a brand new AC unit. Is it a quality installation that the insulation pipe was split broken after only one winter? See photo attached. Both the sales person and 5 Star Heating & Cooling Customer Service emphasized that the installation material including the insulation foam is not covered in the One Year Installation warranty. In comparison, the insulation pipe from my original Unit was never cracked or split even after over 25 years.

Fred did an amazing job and I appreciate the work that he did to get my A/C unit back up and running. He was professional and was helpful in explaining the root causes. I was a shocked by how much the total repair was, so i don't know if I will use another commercial HVAC company again. But if I do I will be asking for Fred.

We were impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, professionalism & honesty. Rep came to check why the A/C was not cooling off the house & discovered the compressor was going bad & kicking off the circuit breaker... resulting in the need to replace the A/C Unit. Our thermostat was reading 90 degrees & we have health conditions & the heat was affecting us. The Rep worked hard to get a date for urgent installation & because Pickerington H/C installed our furnace we were able to get a continued customer discount❣️👍🏽👏🏽🙌🏽

Today was our initial in person contract. Noah was a delight. After looking and contemplating possible short term fixes that were expensive and not going to last long he helped find the best replacement solution and financing. Looking forward to the installation tomorrow. By tomorrow afternoon I will stop melting like the bad witch of the west.

I had to have my electric panel replaced. They were finished well before I was quoted. The job was done well. I really like that if something goes wrong, they are open and honest about it and then take care of it. This is the third time that I have had them out, all for different purposes, and have been extremely satisfied every time. I will for sure keep them on speed dial in case anything were to come up. Thank you for everything.

They did such an excellent on installing a new heating and air conditioning system for us. When it came time for us to get a new hot water heater, we called them to see if they did water heaters and toilets. They do. We had them do those two projects as well, and everything was very satisfactory. Great company!

Very professional and knowledgeable can't recommend these guys enough. Really felt like they appreciated our business as well as being patient explaining everything from financing. Install crew was well organized and had my Ac/heat done in maybe 5 hours. Literally have no complaints.

They are prompt and informative. The technicians are excellent and able to explain things in a simple manner. Their work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I have only use Pickerington Heating and Cooling. My Furnace stopped working on one of the Coldest days we had so. I was able to get someone out that day, a new furnace was installed a day later. The technician that sold the furnace was patient as I asked all my question...twice! The two technicians that came for the installation were professional, prompt, protected my floors, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what they would be doing! It was a great experience!

Very responsive from the receptionist to the sales person (Mark) to the installers. Professional, neat and clean. Good value and left everything orderly and clean... as if they hadn't been here at all. Good quality product and installation. Very good value.
