I had Len's install a new Heat Pump and Air Handler. They were by far the best equipment for the price and the only quote I received where I did not feel like I was being oversold. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was extremely professional and helpful.

These folks are all you could ask for in heating and cooling. Direct, honest, responsive, efficient, experienced, careful in your home. Have had both air conditioning work on 20+ year furnace done 2 years ago — they made the new A/C work with the old furnace, and had new furnace installed recently adapting to the existing duct work. No up-sell pressure either time, just clear options for the customer to decide from, with discussion of up and downsides of each. They came when they said they would, kept the work to the needed area, and cleaned up like they hadn’t even been there. Len’s is what you are looking for to work in your home.

Len's is always professional and does the work right the first time. No guess work with these guys. My only HVAC service provider.

Called to replace mother-board on my furnace, and I was told the tech would be there in 2 hours. Eric showed up on time, and he did a great job. The furnace was fixed in no time. Price was competitive. Would recommend.

My problem has been solved with an Amtrol Float Type Air Vent ($8.99 on line) installed on the boiled in less than 5 minutes by Pompeii's Plumbing and Heating. Robert H came in and diagnosed the situation immediately. I told him what I had researched about the air vent / separator or air purger above the expansion tank and he basically agreed I needed that. I just did not need the cost associated with cutting the pipes for an install ($500-$600). All I needed was the float type air vent replacing the manual vent Len had left on the boiler.
I recommend with the very highest rating possible Pompeii's Plumbing and Heating for boiler systems!! Robert even knew what type of piping system was installed. It had a name >>>Len said he's never seen piping system like the one I have.
I would not even consider Len's Heating for anything!!! 30 years of experience with boilers is not enough for him. I put up with the gurgling noise every winter morning for 18 months for an $8.99 item. Needless t say I am REALLY #@$%*& upset with myself and Len's incompetence!!!

I read the reviews and even had a personal recommendation from a golfing buddy for Len’s Heating. I needed a new boiler for my home. The original boiler was installed with the building of the house in 1966 by the original owners. In November of 2018 the boiler had been making banging sounds for awhile …. so after 52 years it was time for replacement. Len actually came out evaluated the situation and gave a fair estimate and we made the deal. Installation went as well as I could tell ( I’m only a casual observer not in the trades) I had heat and was generally happy with it all initially.
The problem I had immediately after installation and continue to have now thru Feb 2020 is gurgling and bubbling sounds coming from the radiators …. particularly the kitchen radiator. To Len’s credit he has been out to drain the problem zones a number of times without additional charges. Len however insists that the original piping was not configured correctly and therefore air remains in the piping causing the noise. At Least one zone (kitchen/ dining / living room zone) does have a T connection from the kitchen radiator loop to the dining/living room radiators loop.
I just do not understand why I never had that gurgling and bubbling problem in the 30years I’ve lived in the house!! I have researched this and I have also bled the zones and have seen the bubbles come out but the problem continues.
Additional research revealed what I consider a flaw in installation. Len and his installers did not configure an air vent / separator or air purger to my system. All researched systems have one. They insists I do not need one! But even the literature they left me for the expansion tank (installed) indicates an air vent / separator or air purger in its diagram. My understanding is that once installed it continues to remove the air bubbles from the system as the hot water circulates. Len instead recommends I get a plumber to install bleeders on my radiators. He wants nothing more to do with my heating system.
I will have to get another installer/plumber to correct the incomplete installation.
I would be very careful before I would call Len’s Heating for work on a boiler hot water heating system. He said he had 30 years of experience with hot water heating systems but has never seen a piping configuration like mine. I Do Not recommend them!!

They were very quick with checking our furnace out and getting a replacement in, all within a few days. They did it all in four hours and made sure to clean up the area before they left. Very friendly staff and great prices!

Salesman was awesome with helping me figure out what I needed, and was a good fair price! Only issue I had was after all said and done the furnace power was tied into another circuit in the basement , instead of being on its own circuit? Only reason I know this is cause it overloaded and tripped my breaker? I called and asked them to come back and put on it’s own circuit , and when they came they said they couldn’t touch it cause my circuit breaker box was over loaded and a fire hazard and I needed a electrician to work on it? My question was why did you install a system that was on a over loaded box ? It was fine when they took my money but when I spotted there mistake and they came back to look at they now said box is over loaded? I had to hire a electrician to wire furnace to it’s own circuit to solve a very simple problem. And the electrician I hired said box not even close to being over loaded? My guess was they didn’t want to admit they did it wrong and come back and fix? Will never use them again unless they read this and wanna pay me for my electrician work.
