Tip Topp Heating and Cooling

I’ve had problems with my A/C and numerous people in to try and fix it, to no avail. Wally gave me the tough news that it needed to be replaced and then walked me through my options. He was professional and patient with my questions, and told me a few good ways to help the new system run better in the future. They were quick, clean, and overall excellent. I’m definitely going to continue using Tip Topp any time I need HVAC service.

Arrived promptly at very beginning of time frame presented. Same day. Very communicative. Replaced hot water tank that was pouring out water and left us with no hot water (and expansion tank). Informative. Noticed and connected the pump tube to my dehumidifier to the drain. He and his partner cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied! Thank You.

As a homeowner, the downside is that things break at the absolute worst times. Our furnace stopped working yesterday (right between Christmas and New Years) and I called Tip Topp based on the reviews. I was not disappointed, as Wally and his Wife went above and beyond to help. He was at my house within 30 minutes and thoroughly checked over everything to see if he could do anything to get it running. Unfortunately the furnace was no longer safe and was leaking CO2 which could have been life threatening. They were able to come back today and installed a whole new system for us. (Where else are you going to get service in less than 24hours?) They are both so knowledgeable and they make sure you understand what they are doing and why. The prices are very reasonable, and you never feel pressured to do anything. They are just great people and it only strengthens my love for Family Owned businesses!! We will be using Tip Topp for all of our future HVAC needs!! Call them, you won't regret it.

Wally came out for our annual AC clean and check this morning and did a great job! We've been using Tip Topp Heating and Cooling for several years now and we'll continue using them going forward for all of our heating and cooling needs, including preventative maintenance.
