Rich and Andy completed the work on both visits and were great! Very professional and polite. Installation was as described, they were on time and very respectful of our house and you wouldn't even know they were there. They communicated to us during both installs keeping us informed of what they were doing.

Eric did a great job. He was courteous and professional and respected our home. He arrived promptly following his call giving us an arrival time. Once he arrived he trouble shooted the problem as apposed to replacing parts. He then accurately diagnosed and repaired damaged wiring in one of the AC units which immediately solved the problem. His approach of diagnose and not just trial of replacement parts was technically sound and very efficient. We appreciate his expertise in finding and fixing the problem in a prompt manner. One of the best service techs we've ever had. Will definitely request Eric again should the need arise.

They came out and serviced our unit and got it working. What I really enjoyed was that the owner was the one who came to service our unit and he took time to show me what to look for in the future. About 2 weeks ago Lens sent out their estimator (salesman) for a quote. Doug was on time and did what he said he was going to do. NO PRESSURE ! He did his thing for about an hour (Covid 19 Mask on) and presented me with a good better best quote. Never pushed for the sale and he went on his way. I ready felt comfortable so I called them back to get the order started. Doug came a few days later to take measurements and write the contract. To my Surprise Len showed up with Doug that day. OMG the owner of the company is sitting at my table? He must really care! Order was placed! A few days later I got a call that they were set to install my new HVAC System. Of course that was going to be the coldest (11 Degrees) day of the year. That morning the installers showed up on time (all wearing Covid 18 masks) to start my installation. They covered my floors with drop clothes for protection. He told me what was going to happen and why and said they should be done by 2:30.. At 2:00 they yelled for me Hey Bob we are done. They spent the rest of the time showing me my new system and how to operate it. They cleaned everything up and went on their way. Wow! Business the old fashioned way! It still exists at Lens! Competitive Pricing and great service without the hassle! A big thank you to everybody at Lens for treating me like part of the family!
While my initial consultation with one of the company's technicians was the worst customer service experience I've had, Len was extremely apologetic, gracious, and helpful in the aftermath. I understand that Len's Heating and Air Conditioning has a long history of doing great work in our community. I trust that my experience was an isolated incident and that future clients will receive the excellent care that Len's has been known to provide.
I love my new furnace that was installed by Lens Heating and Air Conditioning of North Royalton. On Monday morning I woke up to discover that our furnace had failed during the prior night. Since it was February in Cleveland I needed a quick & reliable resolution. The heating company I had been using came over and said our furnace was in need of extremely expensive repairs and was not worth the cost to fix it. Since I have bee a loyal customer of TRANE for past 30 years in 3 different homes, and found their equipment to be of highest quality and reliability I wanted only new TRANE equipment. The heating company I had been using wanted me to switch to another brand and have a mis-matched system. I found Lens Heating and Air Conditioning to be the top TRANE Dealer in my area and I immediately went to their office where I was welcomed and treated in highest regard. Within 5 minutes I sat down with Doug, their salesman and we discussed and agreed on best plan to get me back in service with TRANE EQUIPMENT as quick as possible. Within 1 hour Doug was at my house to check everything out, make measurements and size up the new system. The equipment was ordered same day and installed next day. The installers were the most professional workers that I could ever ask for and did a great job, very professional work, neat and clean, prompt & punctual, the work completed was FIRST CLASS in every regard including the sheet metal work, gas line, all electrical work neat as a button, and venting done in first class manner. They even re-pitched the drain from my existing humidifier better than had been done by the builder in original work. And yes, my new furnace is even beautiful to look at, as TRANE is top-notch in aesthetic & mechanical engineering. The new system is working GREAT and nice to know I will not have to worry about it for MANY YEARS to come. I would call Lens Heating and Air Conditioning again next time I need any work done.
