    We had a new furnace and air installed by Len’s, the crew was awesome, they arrived on time, replaced our entire system, cleaned up and went over everything in full detail before leaving. We recommend Len’s to anyone that needs service or replacement of their furnace or air conditioning.

    I moved into a new house that did not have AC nor ductwork. I shopped around and Len's was the best value. I got the AC and ductwork installed at the end of January and so far the system is running smoothly. They even came back in May and charged the AC refringent at no cost. HVAC systems are a big investment but I'm happy I choose Lens. Great customer service and great products!

    We called because this was the number on my thermostat. A complete scam. They charged me 170 dollars to hit a reset button on my furnace and told me the whole unit needed replaced. If you use them…. Please get a second opinion. Local hvac guy came and fixed for under $20. Would never recommend

    Our furnace went out on a Sunday evening. Len’s had come out earlier in the fall to clean the system, so I thought I’d give them a call to come out and fix the furnace. I called on Monday morning at 8 am and they were able to send someone over the same day.

    We have a weird older furnace and the parts are difficult to come by. I was able to send a video of what our furnace was doing via text message to Len’s. This allowed them to have an idea of what was wrong ahead of time. While the technician (Eric…super nice) checked out the furnace the office called all over NE Ohio looking for the part we needed. They were able to get the part at a fair price and install on the same day in a matter of a few hours. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

    They are fair and honest, and I would recommend them to anyone. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Len’s they are first class when it comes to service you can count on.

    I had several companies come out while I was searching for a new HVAC system. Out of all the companies that came out Len’s was by far the best. Everyone I spoke with while getting information and everyone that did the installation was extremely nice and professional. Every time I called about a question or to get additional details I received an answer that same day. The installation crew was very prompt and finished the install much faster than I expected. They walked me through everything they were doing and pointed out why they were doing it. I am very picky about how clean and buttoned up things are and they did a fantastic job. Everything looks very clean and very professionally done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

    In May of last year I had Len's install a new AC and a new furnace to the tune of about $7,000. I had a slight issue with the installers at the time, and Len himself called me and apologized. To apologize, Len told me to run the systems through the summer and through the winter. I was to call this spring and they would come out and do a one year check up on both systems for free. I was happy with this resolution and accepted his offer.

    So I called in early May to set up an appointment. And I called again in mid May to set it up. And I called again in early June. I have called a total of 3 times to set up the appointment, and each time I call, I am promised that they will call me back with an appointment date. I have called a total of three times to set up this appointment, each time I am promised a call back, and each time I have been blown off. Here we are mid June and they have still not called me back with an appointment date.

    I guess because this appointment was offered for free from Len as an apology for the install issues it's not important to them. They got their $7,000 and that's what is important to them.

    They will probably respond to this review and say they are extremely busy because of the unseasonable heat we have had. I get that, to a point. But I also reiterated to them I didn't care when the appointment was, I just wanted to get on the schedule. But again, because this is a free service call I get completely ignored.

    Such a great experience with a wonderful company! Our AC went out over 4th of July weekend and they were able to help us right away. Super responsive and they made us feel like we were a top priority. When they came for the installation, not only were they on time, but they were early, which is one of the best qualities a company can have. Doug was great at walking us through our options.
    Rich and Andrew were so professional and diligent. Kim was an absolute joy, and she made sure my husband and I were completely satisfied 😌 I would 100% recommend Len's to everyone, and I will be a customer for life (although I hope I don't need another furnace any time soon 😄)

    This company was professional and very responsive to my needs for a new furnace, air conditioning and a new water heater. Their men were prompt and on time. The install went smoothly and they were very informative as to the product and how it works. They cleaned up at the end and left the work area spotless. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest and give you a great product for a good price. These days it is hard to find a company with such high integrity.

    Len and his team were great to work with. They were quick with their work but did a very high quality job. I'm very happy with the new furnace and AC unit they installed, and will continue to use their services for a long time to come.
