Super company. I called at 8. Got a call back by 9. Jack and crew were here by 11. Fixed the problem,cleaned the furnace and changed the filter. Jack is a very personable guy honest and fair. Would highly recommend Hogg Heating and Cooling. Great company.

Jack and his crew were amazing. They quoted me on Wednesday and were back that same Friday to install a brand new Furnace and A/C unit. When I called for an adjustment 4 days later, they were out in an hour in a half and had the problem solved in 15 min. Very professional, great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Warranty part they installed under one year previously. There lead tech repair guy wrote. Signed and dated my part was under warranty for 5 years. Come out to fix the same part. Said it is invalid and out of warranty. His own hand writing to. Charged me $800 bucks to put in a new control board

I’ll never use anyone else. Fast, punctual, clean, and reliable. I had my through-wall unit breakdown this month right before the freeze started. Multiple companies quoted me WEEKS to get or even find a unit that would work for my townhome. Jack from Hogg showed up the same day I called, inspected the unit and gave me everything i needed to know up front. His team arrived on time 2 days later and installed everything. They even vacuumed up the foot traffic from going in and out.

All said and done these guys are professionals and get the job done the first time. Highly recommended.

I have used Hogg five times, the most recent was on 1-31-2022. They installed a Ruud water heater that I ordered in the morning and it was installed the same afternoon! Great service and at a reasonable cost.

The other times were in 1/2013 when they installed a new furnace and 7/2020 when they installed a new air conditioner. Would highly recommend them for all three of the installations.

They came out after our newly installed water heater had the pilot light go out twice. They came the next day. Found the issue and replaced the entire unit. They are fast, punctual and professional. I'd recommend them.

Hogg Heating & Cooling is phenomenal! We called up several HVAC companies to fix our boiler and AC unit, and they were the quickest to respond by far. They did excellent work, and did it fast and efficiently. And on another occasion when we had an urgent issue with the boiler, I emailed them at about 8:00 in the evening; they called me by 7:30 the next morning, and had a technician out by 8:30 fixing the problem. I have never experienced faster or better service from a from an HVAC company than Hogg! I highly recommend them!

Giving five stars for service. Here and fixed very fast. In my opinion the part I bought was marked up a bit high, and I let them know my feelings on this. Both the tech and owner spoke with me and stayed very professional and delt with me even as I was telling and being irate. Also, in hindsight, just because I could google a price on the part, doesn't mean this is what it cost them and also I was paying for their speed and knowledge. Without this service I could've went without heat for days just trying to save a buck, with no guarantee that the part I may have bought was quality.
