Hogg Heating & Cooling

I'm a little late on this, and I've never, ever, written a review before. But Hoggs Heating & Cooling deserves this. Our furnace went out back on 2/20/2021, and we woke up the next morning with our house at 48 degrees. We called Hogg's because they were one of the fews places around us open on a Sunday, and Jack came to our house within 30 minutes. He was able to fix our problem quickly, but also pointed out the cracked heater exchange, which for anyone that knows, means we could have carbon monoxide potentially leak into our house. Which also means it's time for a new furnace, unfortunately. They were able to have our new furnace installed less than 24 hours later. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and speed of service. Jack also came back out the day after installation, because of some questions i had about my water heater, free of charge. But I really want to thank Jack for pointing out a problem that could've been a serious problem for my family, especially with our 15 month old son. I highly recommend Hogg's Heating & Cooling, and will continue to go to them moving forward.

I had HOOG HEATING,INSTALL A FURNACE IN MY HOME.FINDING OUT WHEN WE HAVE REAL COLD DAYS THE FURNACE CANT HEAT MY HOUSE.BECAUSE ITS TOO SMALL.NOT ENOUGH BTU .I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER FURNACE INSTALLED.SOMEONE THAT IS IN THIS BUSINESS SCHOULD OF KNOWN THIS.DO NOT,HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.SCAMMERS...1/31/2019 it is 0 degrees outside my furnace hasnt stopped running for 2 days STRIGHT.

I had another company come out to tell me my AC couldn't be fixed, because the numbers were rusted off, so he couldn't get me the parts, but he would have a sales man come out to discuss a new AC unit. I told him no . Then he told me maybe the owner of company would come out and try to see if he could find a part to fix it. I knew at that point his only interest was to sell me an new AC unit. In all fairness my AC unit is pretty old, found out by Hogg that it had never been serviced,( shame on my home inspector) .....I had a friend recommend to me to get in contact with a company that deals with the make of the AC Unit...I found Hogg heating, they had my AC up and running in an hour . They were prompt, courteous, showed up on time and above all HONEST !! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend them! No BS, straight to the point!! Again, thank you!!
