If you actually want heat when it's below zero call someone else. They literally leave you in the cold. They left said my furnace was good to go they just had to run and get Me a new filter and they'll leave it by the outside door for me to put in myself. After waiting over 3 hrs for them to return I called and was told they forgot about me that they'd be back first thing in the morning. I had to ask if I could turn my furnace back on because though they said it was good but was not running when they left. I was told on the phone to reset it and i'd be fine to run it without the filter. I know how to reset it I had already done this 2x before I called and notified them off that but they still said it should work they'll be there in the morning. This was at 445pm... I know right so late for them to come out and fix a furnace when it's below zero. Never trust a scab!!! UNION ONLY unfortunately my rental agency makes that choice... Never again. Guess what... Still freezing
