I’m very impressed with Tiger Air. I’ve dealt with different technicians and the owner and I have nothing to complain about. Special shout out to Theo, who is extremely knowledgeable, professionell, smart, and polite. I felt treated very fairly which is rare in this economical climate. 100% recommend this firm.

Phil, the owner takes good care of his customers at a fair price! Phil gave estimate same day and install was completed by 2 days after. His technicians are informative and nice!

Had to have Theo return to clarify and take over a service call and he is always courteous and very patient in answering all our concerns. His previous suggestion of getting the humidifier added on to our system was spot on and all I can say is THANK YOU THEO!!! He cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable. Need more like him. Had a humidifier added on to heating system and duct cleaning service. The guys are always courteous and cordial. And any questions I may have during the service call they answer or if they don’t know they will call a colleague who knows the answer to my question. I will always use them. I have been a customer of Tiger Air since 2003. They have been fair and a really good value for me for 20 years. They have excellent people who communicate well. They back up the installations they do. They do great service work. I highly recommend this company for anything you need HVAC.

Phil is great. I used him through 2 homes but sadly third home was out of his area and I have not found a good replacement. Phil is honest and fair. He could have easily charged me for things I did not need but never did and did a great job explaining what was wrong and what he did to fix the issues. I highly recommend him.

Theo at Tiger Air was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my old furnace and patiently went over all the new furnace options, including pricing and financing. These guys are top notch and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
