Actually my name now is Shari Moilov. We had Tiger Air come out and assess our HVAC System. Originally I had called to have someone come out and check and clean the A/C. Charles came out, he was professional and answered all questions. As I suspected, the system has many issues. We are getting our new HVAC system tomorrow!

Charles was such a nice tech had to deliver me bad news about my AC. But he just was a really nice guy & so professional. Explained things to me & showed me everything that was a problem.

I called for a furnace that went out. The office handled my call promptly and professional. Theo, the service technician, came out within a few hours and handled the repair. Extremely professional, neat and clean as well.

Our AC went out during heatwave on July 4th weekend. Tiger Air was able to fit us in that day & Phil had the AC back up that afternoon. Pricing was fair for emergency off hours repair work.

Phil came out on a Sunday morning when we had no heat and determined we should consider replacing our old furnace, which we did. Brandon and Zack came the next morning and did a great job with the install of a new Goodman furnace and thermostat. Phil also included a duct cleaning with our new furnace install and Jesse came in the same day and did a great job. We can really tell the difference and are very happy with our experience. We would give Phil, Brandon, Zack and Jesse a 5 star rating and highly recommend them!
