I called Tiger Air to come out for a service call for my AC unit. I called many places but they're quote for a service call was much more affordable than other accredited companies in my area. I was able to set the appointment for my availability. The service technician( Charles) was on time and very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and observant. After diagnosis I learned that I need my whole ac unit replaced. It wasn't much of a surprise, considering the unit is roughly 30 yrs old. They offered me a fairly reasonable price to replace the ac with labor included. I checked around and I have decided to go with Tiger Air. I will post another review once the replacement is complete; but so far so good

I have used Tiger for my home air & heating service since 2014. I stopped using any other companies after my 2nd service call with Tiger. Each time, appointment availability is quick, summer or winter. The techs are always professional and pleasant. They service only what my units may need and my systems continue to work well for the long haul. When it's time for a new unit, I will go right to Tiger!

Our ancient AC unit bit the dust in the middle of July. Tiger was able to come out, give an estimate, sign the deal, order the parts, and install our new HE unit in less time than the other local companies were going to be able to even provide us an estimate.
