Tiger Air Heating and Air Conditioning

He worked efficiently and and completed his job in a timely manner. Very pleasant personality explained everything that I needed to know about my furnace. I would recommend him to anybody since I've been using this company for many many years

My furnace went down and I called Tiger Air, the only HVAC company I have used for 20+ years. Why? A technician was dispatched immediately and within an hour or so, was in my basement working. In 30 minutes, he had an answer to the problem. In 20 minutes, he was back in the basement with parts fixing it. Shortly afterwards, I was signing a check with a smile on my face and a grateful heart. Every technician I have had (one a year for 20 years) to do regular maintenance or repairs has been respectful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, on time, gave excellent reports and never ever pressured me into doing more than was necessary. I hope they stay in business forever.

Theo is always courteous and very professional everytime he comes visit to check my AC furnace.

Phil and Dan were very helpful in getting me a quote and answering questions regarding the replacement of my small furnace and A/C. Phil came out a looked at my old furnace and sourced a new new that would fit the space better.
I have great confidence in these guys as they have been doing fall tuneups for us for several years and have always been thorough and fairly priced.

Theo was very friendly. He explained everything. He worked fast and I will call them again when needed.

The heat just stopped!! 10 degrees outside on Christmas day. We called our regular HVAC Co but they weren't able to come in a reasonable amount of time. Tiger said they could come out the next day. Birds were cold too...seeking shelter in our chimney. Trapped in the flue. Our technician removed the birds and fixed the damage done. Heat was up and running in less than an hour.

We used to deal with another HVAC company before and were put on their "priority list." When we called for service, the other company would delay our service many times. So we stopped dealing with them and have had Tiger Air service our ac and furnace for the last 3 years. Never once were we denied service or rescheduled. Tiger Air has kept their appointments or called to inform us where the technician was at. I highly recommend Tiger Air!!!!!

The technician did not even attempt to repair the furnace. Touched & listened to the unit & said needed to be replaced.
He was not in the home for more than 15 minutes. Called another company & they repaired the furnace the same day.

Theo was incredible! Fixed our issue in minutes. Very professional and friendly. We will continue to use Theo with Tiger Air for all our HVAC needs!!

*1/5/23 update - we used Tiger Air again for a furnace check in our new home and we were just as pleased as the first time. Charles was very professional, not pushy, and informative of our options. We highly recommend Tiger Air!

Tiger Air has the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. They are super responsive, call when they say they will call, show up when they say they will show up. The technician, Theo, was very polite and so were the installers. I would 100% use them again. Great experience all around.
