Theo came out & service my humidifier that stoped working he did a complete check on the unit and found the problem he discribed every step of what and why he was checking and what he had to to repair he was very knowledgeable on his job!

Theo rocks! He is very nice and knowledgeable. He was very professional and explained all the services that were being done. Although the work could not done on first try Theo identified the issue and explained what needed to be done. Once they got the parts they scheduled the appointment and got the job done. Also need to mention Zac at the office who schedules the appointments. Friendly, curious and professional. Always pleasant and will continue to do business with them. Thank you.

Our AC went out on Sunday, and of course it was a 90 degree day. I had doubts I would be able to find someone to help. I called Tiger Air and Theo made the time to come out. He diagnosed the problem right away, and came back the next day to complete the repair. Amazing customer service during the whole process. My family appreciates all the work done.
