Our air conditioning stopped working so l called Sal's. They were accommodating to my schedule and came out quickly. I was impressed from the beginning. I receive a text message with a photo of the repair man and a follow up call letting me know who was arriving and when I should be expecting them. Both men were very professional and extremely patient in explaining what needed to be done. Thank you David, Terry and Sal's! This has been a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Sean replaced the hot water line from the basement to the 2nd floor bathroom sink.

He was able to minimize the openings necessary to replace that line. Though, of course that's another tradesman (plasterer) to find.

As he encountered no obstructions, he was able to drop the new line from above with ease.

The cleanup could have been better, but I'm thrilled to have full hot water pressure at that sink again.

Bought the furnace on Groupon called them a day later.They inspected my old furnace they came out to install my new furnace on my schedule.
They guys that installed my furnace were very punctual and respected my home and did a great job Thanks Sal's

When I contacted Sal's, I was able to get an appointment the same day 🙃 My Representive contacted me to confirm arrival time and he did arrive on-time. He listened to my request and provide me with two options to fulfill my request. The price of the job was very reasonable and was also completed that same day. I am so happy my daughter referred me to Sal's a year ago. I will refer Sal's to other family members and friends as Sal's is professional and provides excellent and prompt service.

I had Sal's install a full new furnace/AC system at my home and I am very pleased. The two professionals that did the install were very polite, courteous and respectful of my home and property. The system works very well and everything was explained thoroughly before they left my home, including how to program and work the new thermostat that was installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for this type of service and will use them in the future. They also do plumbing so I am planning to have them install a new toilet in my upstairs full bath. Thank you for the great service Sal.

So where to begin? Let's start with there aren't enough stars in which I would love to give Al our technician. Al was very professional, conversational, and educational about little questions I had during his time here. He was very quick and efficient as well in the cleaning and yearly check up of the furnace and AC unit. Al went above and beyond with even writing up something for my home warranty company to file a claim about some issues I had with the thermostat since we bought the house. Great business and looking forward to using them exclusively for any of my future needs with my home!

Waited a week to get service. Had to take off work a whole day and ends up serviceman came at 5:55pm - inspected and diagnosed problem with AC in 5 min. - said he would have to order the part. My AC is only 3 years old! Called next day to find out part was not yet ordered … so another waiting game. Service could be improved by better communication and respect shown for customers time.
I since have communicated with Jason, and am very satisfied with his response and sincere efforts to address these issues and concerns in a very professional way. Thank you Jason!

I would recommend Sal's to anyone looking for a plumber. We had a water tank that went bad late morning and Sal's had it fixed by afternoon at a fair price. From the young lady who answered my call to the service and installation everyone was courteous and efficient. My tech Jason was so professional and considerate in answering questions. I’ve used Sal’s in the past for regular maintenance. This time I needed to replace everything. Received a fair deal on Air Conditioner, furnace and Hot water tank and installation. The techs were professional and efficient. Highly recommend! Now to keep up the maintenance👍🏻

John and his co-worker were upfront with what was needed and the cost. The installation was very professional. The were careful taking out the old water heater and bringing in the new one. The new water heater looks and works great. You cannot tell that they were there. The work area is spotless. I have used Sal's for my home and rental property. Awesome work from an awesome company.
