I have been a Precision customer since 2018. My oldest was around 1 year old when my heat went out. I called several of those 24 hour companies and the only one that could come out told me my furnace was unrepairable and I needed a full replacement. I, of course, wanted a second opinion and that's when I found Precision. The tech that came out was very kind and after a short review of my equipment told me he likely had the replacement part at his shop and would be right back. My heat was back on in just a few short hours after initially reaching out to them. Fast forward to 2021, my AC goes out and does need replaced (it was the original from the 70s). Long story short, Precision was the right company for the job. They worked with me to pick the best heating and cooling system in my price range and for my home. Brian, the owner, was great to work with and his son's team was the one who installed my new system. They are all very nice guys, professional, and respectful. It is so nice to have a trustworthy, local, family-owned company! I highly recommend!

Precision is their name and precision is their game. Brian, Pat and Logan were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond; they didn't just install the furnace where the old one was; they took extra time (and made an extra visit!) to assess the situation and made suggestions to save space and increase accessibility. Pat and Logan completed the install. They really take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. We are very grateful for a job exceptionally done!

Our air conditioning quit recently this month. Precision came out the same day (which was a Saturday) and diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix. Our HVAC system was 15 years old and we decided to have Precision replace it. They are timely, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling.

Precision called to cancel an appointment I had made the day of the appointment. When I protested this the service man, who identified himself as Brian, stated that they did not have the expertise to work on my boiler. Awful experience, would not recommend.

I've used Precision Heating and Cooling for 10+ years. They are always prompt and do a great job. I always get a summer or winter tune up and recommend them to everyone.
