A great experience. There are few things worse than a leaking water heater. Eric moved some things around to get to me sooner rather than later. The job was done beautifully, even though the new WH was significantly larger than the old because of new govt standards, and required some adjustments in gas and water lines. Best of all, his was the lowest price I was quoted by as much as a whopping $350 for exactly the same WH and work. I highly recommend Lake Erie PHC.

If I could guve 10 stars, I would. Eric answered right away and came to our house within an hour. He offered an extremely fair price, he was timely, very honest, and just a likeable guy. I highly suggest him for any of your plumbing needs.

I very highly recommend using Eric for any of your plumbing needs. I called him around noon and he was at my house by 5 pm the same day. I have no doubt we will use him for any future plumbing needs as well as any HVAC issues that come up in the future.

Eric answered his phone after hours, then tried to help me troubleshoot my furnace issue (it’s 8 degrees outside, and 55 in my house) over the phone before coming out and charging us for a service call. He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonably priced. Recommended.
