Wow! I’m very impressed with Columbus Comfort! I spoke to Tim And explained my problem. He sent a tech ASAP. The tech ,Austin, was amazing. He was very Knowledgeable professional and friendly. He knew right away what the problem was and after running his diagnostics he was correct. He had it fixed in under 30 minutes! I’m so grateful for Austin, Tim, And Columbus comfort heating and cooling!! I will highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Without a doubt the most honest company I’ve ever dealt with. Our AC unit died and within 24 hours it was fixed. Tim and Doug were phenomenal showing up after hours to get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They will more than likely have my business forever. These guys are professional and were great to welcome in our home. They were very understanding and compassionate and have that good old fashioned sense of getting the job done right (unlike many big corporate companies nowadays). They did a great job at explaining what the issue was and the best way to fix it. We never felt pressured into having work done that was unnecessary and they made sure we understood our options. At the beginning we were going to have a family friend come out and do some handy man patch to it and again there was no pressure on our decisions. Im glad we decided to stick with them and get the job done the professional way. Keep up the good work!

We decided to upgrade our home unit to a larger size. The owner came over to review our options and the costs. We were very pleased and decided to move forward. A few days later he and 2 of his techs came over to do the install. They were very efficient and polite and did a great job! We were very pleased and have referred them to many people we know who have been equally satisfied!

Their service was great! They were very courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. They even helped me troubleshoot a potential air flow issue to a room on my 2nd floor without hesitation. I'll definitely continue using CCH&C for my HVAC servicing needs.

Speaking from a woman's point of view, I can't recommended Columbus Comfort enough. I went through a long process last summer dealing with the A/C and Furnace in a investment property, and could not get a straight answer to save my life. The first time I met with them, Tim made me feel comfortable and explained to me exactly what we he was going to quote, and why he was recommending that course of action. This turned out to be helpful because 2 other guys didn't catch on to the fact that the furnace itself was too small! (should have been obvious right?) Tim noticed it right away.

I was able to confirm Tim's diagnosis was in fact correct, and we hired them right away. The process was smooth, the crew was professional and clean, and I recommend them to everyone who has problems with their A/C, furnace, ect.

My furnace died the other day so I called a local company to see what needed done. After a few minutes, they told me I needed a new furnace. Then I called Tim for a second opinion. He stopped by quick, laughed, told me what was actually wrong, and then fixed it quick and WAY cheaper than a new furnace! Highly recommended

Five stars all around! I had questions about my thermostat/furnace not working and Tim got back with me within the hour and knew exactly what the problem seemed to be. He was able to schedule me in later that day and I now have heat again! I am beyond grateful that there are still honest and amazing companies out there like this one.

I bought a mobile home and the pilot light on my furnace would not stay lit once the temperature dropped down past 25 degrees. The pilot is not easy to reach either so I was lost on how to relight it. I have a newborn at home so I knew I had to act fast on getting it fixed. My dad uses this company and told me to try them out. I called, explained my situation and they were able to come out that same day! Not only did Tim fix/clean my furnace but also showed me how to relight the pilot light. I do not know what I would have done this winter without him! I HIGHLY recommended them for anyone with heating or cooling problems within their home!
