Our technician Mike was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job fixing our furnace. Within 2-3 hours after we called, Mike had arrived, diagnosed the issue, picked up a new control panel at their store, and installed it. We appreciated all his time and effort in helping us! Would definitely recommend.

I called Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling after my home warranty company claimed they were unable to find a technician to look at my AC system that was not working properly. Mike came out and discovered my system was leaking refrigerant and then inspected the rest of my 20 year old system. It was worn out and corroded. He was able to get me set up with an estimate and scheduled my home to get a new Rheem system installed within a few days. Alan, Dean and Derrick came out and removed my old system and installed the new one all in the same day. They did a great job and left my house clean. Alan explained in simple terms how to use the new system. I now have a quiet running system that puts out a much better air flow.

Had an on-going problem with my furnace for about two to three months. Columbus Comfort finally diagnosed the problem. Once the decision was made to install a new furnace, those guys were here the next day (which had to be the coldest and snowiest day of the year) getting it done! The entire staff is courteous, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and an extreme pleasure to work with. Allen and Dean came promptly to replace my furnace. They were professional, friendly, and informative. I'm so grateful for this company, for their knowledge, their willingness to work with the home warranty company, and their efficiency. I would recommend Columbus Comfort to any family and friends. Our furnace is in a hard to reach place, tight quarters, and challenging... but they got the job done with no complaints. Allen especially was very personable and friendly. I recently had Columbus Comfort install a new furnace and A/C in my home. Every technician they sent was courteous, and professional. The heating and cooling systems they installed were also much less expensive than I anticipated they would be.

I had some work done on my waterline and was responsible for finding a company to move the air conditioning unit. After making several calls to heating & cooling companies, Columbus Comfort provided the best quote. They were flexible and arranged the move in line with my schedule. Within a few days after the yard was restored, they worked with me to get the unit back up and running. TC and Alan were the techs who carefully moved the AC unit from the shed and conducted the installation. They were polite and friendly. They took the time to clean out the debris inside of the enclosed unit and provided ongoing care instructions. They took the time to ensure that the unit was running properly and that my home had reached a consistent comfortable temperature. I couldn’t me more appreciative of their work and professionalism.

I called Columbus Comfort H & C to repair a noise in my furnace. I asked for an estimate and was giving a cost that seemed reasonable. The part was to be either available the same day or the next day and I was alright with that. Within four hours the furnace part was replaced and I was called to pay the bill. The amount was four times what I was told, and they refused to separate the parts and labor the work. What a horrible experience as they said if I didn't pay the bill they would remove the part and leave. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to complain.

Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling gets an A+ all around. From Mike coming out to our home to discuss repairing our furnace, Madison at the office answering our questions and both Allen and Dean on the install of our new furnace today. I would recommend this company for their knowledge and the way the business operates. Our 1958 ranch has a very narrow hallway and the area where the furnace is located is small. Allen and Dean somehow magically got the old furnace out and our new Bryant furnace installed. Allen kept me very informed as the install was happening and both guys wore booties inside my home. I would definitely use them again. It actually was painless and the install was fastest than I thought it would be........good job!

This company is the best. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Austin diagnosed the problem with our old worn out furnace. Was 20 years old and beyond repair. Madison and other women at the office are on it, they are friendly and good at their jobs. Scheduled an install and all went smoothly. Alan and Dean did an excellent job, working in a small space with barking dogs and all of us at the veterinary hospital in their way. They worked around us professionally and with a happy attitude. Columbus comfort is amazing! They were able to fix my heat when other companies could not diagnose the problem. They’ve also serviced my air conditioner many times on some of the hottest days. They are amazing and I always recommend them!! 5 stars!!
