Columbus Comfort is the ONLY company I trust with my heating and cooling. Pricing is very reasonable, customer service is superb, the technicians are very professional and all know their craft very well. I recently had a issue that I thought was a major issue. Tim took the time to walk me through over the phone and explained why it happened and what I can do to prevent in the future. I recommend Columbus Comfort to all my friends and neighbors.

Our AC stopped working yesterday. My husband found Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling LLC. through Google reviews. They arrived within 3 hours, did not charge extra fees for the weekend, and fixed the unit very quickly for a very reasonable price. My husband was super impressed with Tim's professionalism and knowledge. We highly recommend this company.

This is the best heating and cooling company in Columbus! We’ve received great and fast service from them. Very professional and they care about there clients. The owner is very nice. Allen came out to do a lot of work and he’s great at what he does. The A team is the best! I would recommend them to anyone. Best service I’ve experienced.

Started off about 2 weeks ago, came home on the first 80 degree day outside, went to fire up the a/c and it was blowing warm air. Called it in had service tech Austin and derek show up. After about 5min of being here they had it figured out, there was so much wrong with this a/c it had been deemed pretty much unfixable or really just pointless to fix. The install was within a week 4 days to be exact. The guys showed up on time at 7am and had it done by 11am that day.

First chilled day outside that following week had my house on the inside 61 degrees. I went to turn the furnace on and it worked excellent for about 20min heated the house right up, shut off came back on blowing cold air. So I went ahead called Columbus
Comfort back, austin showed up on call fixed what we thought was the issue but turns out after he used a camera inside my furnace he found multiple cracks which is disastrous. He then unhooked everything he fixed and said we couldn't use this furnace no more because of the potential of a carbon monoxide leak.

He instantly started a quote for a new furnace which was a very good price and i received a 5% discount for using them already.
I only waited one day on a call for scheduling and they took into account I have a 1yo son. Had installation man Derek come back a day later with the furnace to install, very professional works hard and is very friendly and he did this on mothers day weekend on a Saturday for me so my son wouldn't be cold. Oh and one of the best parts in between the diagnoses and installation austin had mark one of the office people bring me 2 space heaters, he was also super nice. All of this just to make sure my son stayed warm, I cant thank these guys and gals enough from the diagnoses of austin the scheduling of madison (super friendly and works it out to your best interest)

Had issues with my furnace/heat pump for over a year. Had two other companies come out multiple times that were unable to fix the problem. After many frustrations I am glad I came across Columbus Comfort. Tim came out quickly and fixed the issue. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Initially started working with these guys through my home warranty because I wanted a second opinion on a water heater and a heat exchanger. I am unlikely to use anyone else in Columbus again. Everyone I worked with was super transparent, taking time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They got everything done quickly and expertly. Definitely highly recommend.

I called Columbus Comfort because my AC went out and stopped running. I have dealt with numerous other companies in Columbus and had horrible service. I figured I'd give Columbus Comfort a chance. The best HVAC service I have EVER had. They were prompted and very Professional! I had family coming in from Cleveland for a family reunion. I was hoping to get the air working before my family got in town. I called and was able to get a technician out to my house the next morning! I knew my AC was on it last leg. After talking to the technician he recommended a new system based off the repair/replace cost. They never once tried to upsell me or be nothing but honest. I ended up having them install a new unit. They did an AMAZING job!! I recommend this company to ALL my friends and family! Thank you Columbus Comfort!!!

Alan and Dean from this company were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came early, nice and on straight BEADT MODE when it came to putting in my new AC. I really recommend this company and these 2 employees Alan and Dean.

My experience with Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling was one of my favorite experiences as a customer, bar none.

I needed a duct replaced in my basement to get some headroom back. Tim came out, looked at the job, gave me an estimate on the spot that blew other people out of the water from a price perspective, and then made a couple recommendations about running a line to the half of the basement that would be walled off after renovations. I took his advice.

They came out on Saturday for a reasonable upcharge, were right on time at 8am, and got to work right away. You can tell Tim cares about his guys, because he came ahead of his helper to do the required tear down. I really like to see that in owners/management.

While working, any time Tim and Derek hit a snag, they got me, made recommendations, asked my permission, and went ahead with it. All the while they were both friendly and just kind of good to have around. They made it feel like they cared about the work they were doing, were personable and friendly, and really made a great impression.

To top it off, Tim noticed my heat wasn't blowing as it should have been. I had the system put in in June, so that was odd. He asked my permission, took a look at the furnace, noticed it wasn't set up for both stages to kick in, and corrected it. No upcharge, no bull, just saw a problem and fixed it. Just really indicative of Comfort's attention to detail and commitment to doing a job right.

They've got a customer for life in me. These guys were great.
