I have worked with Columbus Comfort on 5+ homes. Each time I have hired them they perform diagnostic work and perform the necessary repairs. Their estimates are fair and the quality of work they provide is consistent in quality and value.

We starting having issues with our furnace in the late spring and was told by the gas company that we needed to fix the ignitor switch. We were able to do this but could still not get the furnace to work properly. After much frustration, we decided to call a professional who could tell us what was the actual problem. We looked up Liberty Air Heating and Cooling an within two hours, Liberty was out to our house and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and fix the issue. They also made sure to answered all questions and addressed any concerns that we had before leaving. We feel confident that the service was excellent. Thank goodness for Columbus Comfort! We called for a second opinion/quote for a new air conditioner after being told we needed a new one from another company. Columbus Comfort came over and within half an hour they identified the problem, replaced a part and had our old system up and running again. Thank you Tim.

Great experience with Liberty! They promptly returned my 1am emergency call during the negative temp days. The heater was out and they took care of our problem within a few hours (owner of company and partner answered this call). They even worked with our home warranty to ensure we were reimbursed. A life saver, very friendly, took the time to walk me through the problem and did not up-sale a bit. I will use these guys again! A local company worth supporting!

Office staff are super helpful. Technician was very friendly. Helped diagnose our issue in the freezing cold on our roof and fixed our heating for our restaurant. Would recommend!!

Tim came to my house within an hour of placing the service call after I told him I had 3 kids in the house. It was a Tuesday night around 10:00 and it was still in the low 80’s out so it would have been tough for the kids to sleep. He showed up, was very professional and fixed the problem with the AC without trying to sell me extra parts like I’ve heard other companies do. They have my business and I would recommend them to my neighbors.
