    Tonight at 9:30p my air stopped. My thermostat stopped. Get the picture? I had Columbus Comfort here to replace my capacitor 3 weeks ago and was impressed with Doug, the tech, so of course I called them again expecting to see them tomorrow. Tim arrived at 11p and replaced the blown fuse in the furnace and reprogrammed the thermostat. Something i had wanted to do but life. Tim stayed until he was satisfied everything was working until nearly midnight. What can i say? I love this company. If i could i would give them 10 stars.

    Tim did a fantastic job! When he arrived to do a seasonal furnace inspection and I showed him where our smart thermostat was located, we immediately started talking about how I had the thermostat off the wall because I was in the midst of trying to wire in the control for our humidifier. Tim offered to finish that job for me at no charge and of course I said OK. He took care of that nicely then proceeded to complete the inspection, explaining every aspect of the work to my great satisfaction. Price was exactly as quoted and he didn't try to sell me an annual plan, which I already knew about and generally do not tend to purchase from HVAC companies. I love this company and will most certainly use them again. Great work, great people, reasonable price.

    How relieving it is to find such a reliable, honest, hard working HVAC company in Columbus. As someone who's family owns a HVAC company in another part of the state, I'm naturally going to be critical, and I was beyond impressed. Our technician Austin was extremely professional, friendly, hard working, and went out of his way to make sure I understood the what's and why's of what was being serviced and that I was in the know of everything he was doing and how much it would cost up front. They got me scheduled next day and their rates are very reasonable. Will be using them from now on and recommending them to our friends and family. GREAT customer service oriented business.

    Tim and his crew are the BEST! We have been screwed many times by companies over charging, being unprofessional and doing a poor repair.

    My furnace went out at about 9 am yesterday And I called Columbus comfort and they had their service people arrive “Doug and Mike “by noon the same day..They were very efficient and diagnosed the problem within about 30 minutes and had the furnace up and running within an hour. They left the jobsite extremely clean and I was impressed with your technical knowledge. I Would highly recommend Columbus Comfort. Mike Riley

    I called going into memorial day weekend thinking I was going to leave a message like the other companies I called. They/Tim actually answered and went out that night to look at the issue. He gave me several options and I decided to replace my 17 year old Trane AC with a new York unit. Tim's crew came out on Monday (Memorial day) and installed the new unit. The guys couldn't have been nicer or more professional. New AC installed before the grill was fired up on a day when it reached 90 degrees.

    Great job! I've hopefully found my new go to heating and cooling company.

    Woke up Tuesday with no AC. Our unit was old when we bought the place so it had not gotten any younger the last years. I was certain I needed a whole new system. Sent a message and Columbus Comfort responded with 30 minutes. I told them I thought I needed a whole new system and explained the situation. There I was, braced for bad news and a high price tag.

    But based on my explanation, the guy on the other line told me it was a problem that could likely be fixed (affordably, no less!) rather than a whole new AC unit.

    An HVAC and AC specialist who doesn't go for the kill? Even when I'd already submitted to my fate. Who is this guy?

    Answer: His name is Tim. He's awesome. Showed up on time, diagnosed the issue. Gave me a solution for keeping my home cool while we waited for the parts he'd ordered to arrive. The work was quick and reasonably priced. And he was professional, friendly, and safely masked.

    We will definitely use Columbus Comfort in the future.

    Hot water heater had an issue and Tim came out same day and did a great job. Super friendly and made sure the work was fixed the right way. Would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service, friendly, and explained the issue and fixed it.

    Our furnance went out at 6:30 pm. We called around and couldn't get a service person until ten that night. I finally call Columbus Comfort and they told me that would be there within the hour. The service person (Tim) showed up within hour. During the hour, he called and gave me updates where he was at. Tim was great. He explained to me what we needed and the things that we didn't need. Tim was very knowledgeable and very professional. The bill was less than I thought it would be. We will use them again without any hesitation.
