Our A/C went out at our house in Westerville a hot week before Memorial Day weekend when we were expecting a houseful of family. We called our regular service and was told a new system would take at least three weeks if the parts were available. After one call to Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling on Friday afternoon, Tim was at our house an hour later, inspected the situation and gave us a competitive quote (we had earlier in the year received 4 quotes from other suppliers). Best yet, he could install our system the next week on Tuesday. We scheduled, the crew came early Tuesday and we had a nice new system by dinner time Tuesday! The crew was professional, courteous, clean and expedient. We highly recommend Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling for service and new installs.

At 2am our heating went out - our furnace was 'short cycling' - and this is December in Ohio. At 8am I called Comfort H&C. At 9:30 same day Austin arrived. By 9:45 he had fixed the issue. By 10AM our house was back to normal.
Granted, it turned out to be an easy fix, but these folks were prompt, courteous, professional, and skilled. They are also 24/7, which I hadn't known, and I imagine it would have been an even better review. There was no upsell, no hint of gouging. For the totally reasonable cost of a service call we got superb service and thus we HIGHLY recommend this company. If you have an issue, DEFINITELY give these wonderful people a call.
By the way they are also listed as A+ with BBB, which I only found out after the fact.

We were recommended to this company and specifically Tim Smith by a friend/realtor. We had a fantastic experience. They responded promptly and got our job done very quickly for a reasonable price. We had our furnace and electric heat pump replaced. They analyzed our needs and found the right system for us and our home and even went above and beyond that. Installers were professional and careful when in out home. All and all very happy and would highly recommend. Will call them again if the need arises.

Everyone I dealt with was prompt, professional and great to work with. They replaced the unit in a less-than-ideal space at a condo unit. They worked with my schedule, and flexed the timeline to meet a deadline while working around a heatwave. The techs, Justin and Devon, we’re kind, communicative and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better!

On one of the hottest weeks of the year, our A/C died. We immediately called Columbus Comfort around 8pm on a Sunday and not only did they answer but they offered to have someone come out to our home that night. We asked to have them come out the next day and first thing the next morning, Mike came out to take a look at everything. Being that our system was 20 years old, we feared we would likely need to replace everything. Mike took a look at everything and offered to do some repairs that would hold up temporarily, but we ultimately decided to install a new unit. Tim, the owner, came out to the house later that day to take measurements and talk through pricing and a timeline. He offered to start working on it first thing the next day. Alan, from the A-Team, called me the next morning to let me know they were on their way to the house. They showed up when they said they would and were mindful of my schedule. He offered to text me with updates so as not to disturb my work calls. They were able to get everything done in 2 days which included installing a new HVAC and updated duct work. They were so professional, kind, and punctual. Thanks A-Team!! Everyone was so pleasant to work with - we will be recommending Columbus Comfort to all of our friends and family!

Did deep research on several HVAC businesses around Columbus for my HVAC needs. Really liked Columbus Comfort's web site, reviews, products, and what they advertised as their unique differentiators. Called the customer service rep and discussed my needs with her at some length. I really wanted to work with them. She offered to discuss my needs with the owners (somewhat unique) and call me back *that day*. I called at the end of the day and a second rep attempted to get a hold of her (She had already left). No response. The second rep took my information and assured me she would have the first rep call back the next day. Still no response. So much for the website's claims of "Trusted, dependable service". I am glad to have discovered at the initial phone call.

Allen and Dean came to replace our water heater. The were great! Allen was an excellent communicator and helped us to understand what he did. Dean was meticulous with his clean up. They were both super kind, quick, and thorough!

I recently moved into 16 year old condo. The original air conditioner began to work inefficiently and was not keeping up with the set temperature. I called for an estimate and the company sent a technician within a couple of days. He temporarily recharged the unit and gave me an estimate for a new one. The new unit was installed within a week’s time. The technician and installers were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They were professional but personable also. I recommend this company for your cooling and hearing needs.

Our 23 year old conditioner failed overnight Friday. I called Columbus Comfort on Saturday morning and they came out immediately! Unfortunately, it could no longer be repaired and needed to be replaced. As our furnace was also 23 years old and not efficient, we decided to purchase it as well. We were so impressed when Tim, the owner, called early Monday morning and said he would have a team here Tuesday morning. Alan, Austin and TJ came to our door with great big smiles and told us they were ready to get us back up and running by the end of the day! They are definitely the “A Team”. It was not an easy installation and required some custom ductwork. Hauling the huge old furnace out of the basement was very difficult. They never complained, just smiled and acknowledged some jobs are easier than others. They worked in 90 degree heat, and worked hard and diligently. My husband and I believe this crew and company is absolutely the best we’ve ever used. I can recommend this company without hesitation.
