Of course when I went to turn my heat on after being off all summer I had issues. Working through my insurance, Columbus Comfort Heating and Cooling came right out. They quickly got to work trying to solve my issue. Even though they had to order parts and come back the next day, they were very polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Tim was at my house within a few hours of my call. They are very professional and honest. They do not try and over sell work that you do not need. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, he saw the problem immediately and fixed it quickly and adjusted a few things so my furnace works better than it has in a long time. The customer service that this company and their technicians provide is 2nd to none. I have been a customer of this company for a year now. They have, and continue to be very responsive whenever i have a question or need anything. I had an issue with a sensor turning my AC off at 8pm on a Friday and the owner, Tim came out to fix it within the hour. Very happy with their service all around & would recommend to anyone needing service or repair!

Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling, LLC. replaced my existing water heater with a brand new Bradford White Water Heater. Our existing water heater began leaking out of the bottom (it had corroded) all of a sudden. Fortunately, we were still under our home warranty and were able to offset the replacement cost significantly. Our home warranty company put us in touch with Columbus Comfort and in no time at all they were at the house replacing the broken water heater. As a military retiree, I was very appreciative that Columbus Comfort provides a veteran's discount (though it wasn't used in this instance due to the home warranty offset). The team that arrived was awesome! Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and professional. Absolutely no issues with the installation of the new or removal of the old water heater. They provided tips & guidance and answered every question completely to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with this company and their outstanding employees. Highly recommend!

Tim and his team are simply amazing. I bothered him a lot with questions and concerns and he always replied and made me feel like I was part of the process. They were always on time and very professional. The system we had in place was terrible and Tim did everything he could to fix it before having to eventually replace. He walked us through the process and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the summer when the AC went out, he gave us portable AC units so we weren’t miserable. I had Columbus Comfort came to my office for a repair on my building's A/C and ordered parts quickly and made the repair super easy! As my luck would have it, my HOME air conditioner went out also, at the same time. They got me in quickly to assess the situation and we ended up replacing it the next day.
