Tim, Victor and the other young man (sorry didn’t get his name) was all about business. Did their job professionally and could answer all our questions. They was courteous, nice , polite and best of all they gave of heat being without it for 5 weeks they did an awesome job. Couldn’t ask for a better group.

I was recommended to Hubbs Heating & Air LLC by a friend of mine who spoke very highly of them. I have to be honest, they weren't my first choice, but that was purely from my own ignorance as I wasn't aware of them. I can assure you they will be the first call I make next time. I have a rental property that the furnace just simply quit furnacing and my tenants were less than pleased with that. After calling several of the big boys who have nice big radio ads to no response, I called my friend who (well you read that above). They got er fixed up and running for my tenants during this unusually cold May.

Having plumbing, or HVAC work done is never cheap, but with Hubbs, I had absolute confidence in their work and the cost. This was due to their professionalism and the interaction they had with me. Never a moment of hesitation when I asked questions. They put cloth on my new carpet to protect it, and they cleaned up everything when the job was complete. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Have used them several times through my home warranty company. All the technicians that came to my home were professional and listened to my concerns. The office staff are equally professional and willing to get my HVAC unit serviced same day if not the next day. Will continue to use if given the choice

Completed the work very quickly and was very neat. Cost of service was fair. Will continue to use their services in the future.

Austin was on time and professional. Explained what he was doing every step, took alot of pics and measurements as proactive measures for dealing with my home warranty company.

i teach customer service for a fortune 10 company.... Ernie exemplified great customer service!! Ernie was respectful, thorough and efficient. Instead of parts swapping to fix the issue on my 30yr old furnace , or instead of trying to sell me a new furnace, he found exactly what was wrong with it, and replaced to bad burners.... He informed me ,every step of the way and was a pleasure to have in my home !! You folks at Hubbs have earned my business from here on out !! And it all started with Miesty Fasts quick response in empathizing with my issues and sent someone to my house within an hour !! Class acts , from classy folks, that understand good customer service and how to apply it to their business. !! YOU GUYS ROCK !!

There is a reason that Hubbs has 5 starts and other companies don't. They go above and beyond, are very knowledgeable, and were able to identify a problem that 4 other techs from another company missed.

My tech was Ellijah and I wish I could give more than 5 stars, super knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand.

Hubbs is a grade A model that other companies should aspire to follow.

Hubbs came out & worked on my air conditioner. They worked with my schedule & was here when they said they were going to be. Very professional & treated me with nothing but respect. They diagnosed it quickly & had it done same day. Even stayed late c to get the job done. Will never go with anyone else. Highly recommend.
