My property manager reached out to this company to fix our HVAC. They came and replaced the furnace. They also redid some of the duct work and as a result were able to get heat flowing downstairs. However, the heat is not functioning upstairs so it feels like I'm outside. Today, I called the company and Karen picked up (of course). And when I explained to her my situation she was very rude, undermining my issues and responding with a terrible attitude and not being pleasant. I told her I would like to speak to her manager. She told me no. I called back and a guy named Chad picked up (even worse than Karen). I explained to him I wanted to speak to his manager about Karens rude behavior. He immediately defended Karen not knowing anything that happened on the phone call. He than said, I was threatening and he will hangup on me and talk to my property manager. That said, i believe the quality work of the company is up to par. However, I believe the management and the customer service is horrible. And as a result I would steer clear from this company at all costs! I'll also be speaking with my property manager to inquire with a different vendor.

Today they installed the new furnace. It seem to be working well. They had to work in cramped quarters as the furnace is in the crawl space under the house. They were very pleasant.

Technician was knowledgeable, polite, on time and fixed the problem. I would recommend Hubbs.

Chad came out to repair my air conditioner.
It did not take him long to find the problem and fix it. Was very impressed with this knowledge and professionalism. I will be calling back this winter just to have my furnace cleaned and get ready for winter he did a fantastic job. Thank you!
