We were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the installation went and how QUIET our Lennox furnace and heat pump are. In addition, we are enjoying a more even temperature throughout the whole house. Also, everyone involved were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and we would do it all over again. We are EXTREMELY happy!!! And, we are LOVING the thermostat!

DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR HIS GUYS, YOU WILL REGRET IT. TRUST ME I DO NOW THAT I HAVE A BROKEN GEOTHERMAL FILTER HOUSING AND FILTER FORKS AND RUINED FILTER AND HE LEFT DIRTY FILTER ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM BOTH DO NOT TOUCH THE GEO I HAVE A GUY COMING MONDAY. Not only that he tried to bully me into more money after the price was set and I had included a $50 tip, then saying I just give you my number you call n cancel with the office and just use me. I immediately contacted Robert about his guys behavior and have yet to hear from Robert on a resolution to this issue or an apology for his guys behavior .

We had a gas fireplace installed recently. This is our first fireplace. Tom was very easy to work with and helped guide us in our decision to make the right purchase for our home. The installation was completed in a professional and efficient manner, by Josh and his team. Josh was courteous and knowledgeable. Once the installation was finished, Josh explained, in detail, everything we needed to know about our new fireplace. I highly recommend David White Services for your fireplace needs!

Super disappointed with my experience with David White. They were recommended to me by my dad and my grandpa. I heard so many good things about them. Jason who came and checked my furnaces ( I have two) did a great job. One of my furnaces needed replaced. I paid a lot of money for David White to replace it and they damaged my property when they did. We were really upset to come home to walls scraped up and our kitchen floor damaged. I contacted David White and the installation manager wanted to come look at the damage. He arrived late and didn’t really seem to know what to do about the situation. They did send someone to come touch up the paint (they also arrived 30 minutes late) and offered to give us some money back which I have yet to receive. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I will not be getting any other services from them unfortunately. I’m super disappointed especially with the amount of money that I paid to have a new furnace.

Hands down, THE best place to do business with! From Tom to Jason, they know what they're doing... Had a fuel oil furnace installed 4 days before the date they were supposed to start work! Runs perfect, great quality! The installers were knowledgeable and did it right (Sorry, forgot their names). Wouldn't go nowhere else! Thanks...

From our initial call to our tech completion was top notch. Making our appointment, scheduling a time where I didn't have to miss work, and the knowledge and personal skills of our tech Tom. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He even took the time to meet our Chihuahua and make him feel comfortable. David White has their employees on more of a personable level than we've ever seen. They will do any and all work at our Home. They should be your only call.

I have used David White Services in the past for a major install and they were great so I called them for a recurring problem this morning. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and had someone at the house in about an hour! Tom the service person actually listened to my description of the problem, diagnosed it and confirmed my thoughts ( from what I read in the manual). He has to order the part but I have confidence that it is the problem but we will know in a couple of days. I have to say Tom was very neat and professional looking and had an air of confidence about him that I found reassuring.

David White Services installed a new HVAC in my home. Tom C. was my Comfort Adviser. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what would work best in my home. He informed me of the different rebates that were available and parts warranty. I decided to purchase a new HVAC not only because the pricing was excellent but Tom seemed like he genuinely cared about me. The new equipment arrived and was installed within a matter of a few days. The installers, Joe & Josh, were courteous of my home and laid drop clothes were they need to walk. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was running efficiently before they left. I will continue to use David White Services and highly recommended them to any friend or family member.

Tom C. was a great help in selecting the air conditioner for our needs. Joe J. and Josh H. did a fantastic job installing our air conditioner and were very nice too! Thank you David White Services for having such a great staff to take care of you!

Just want to give a shout out to the crew that was working on West Bank today in Lancaster. They helped me pull my truck out of a ditch without me asking and then respectfully declined a cash tip i tried to offer. You guys are awesome
