Contacted them shortly before closing on a Friday night. We were in process of getting my father in law's house ready for him to come home on hospice. AC wasn't working and we were worried about heat and humidity in his final days. South arrived within 30 minutes.. He happened to be near the area...he spent an hour or so fixing a broken part and recharging the unit. We were extremely impressed by his quickness to respond and his professionalism! Highly recommend!

We were without heat for 24 hours and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called South and they had David there within an hour and he got right to work. We had a blown fuse which he fixed quickly! He was so courteous while he was there and very professional! He replaced the fuse and checked the rest of the furnace to make sure there were no other problems and got the furnace up and running again! There's also an app they use where you can message the person directly as well! I had another concern and David got right back with me and offered to come back and take another look but we found out my daughter had stuffed some stuffed animals in the return vent and that's why not much air was blowing out lol. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Their prices are very affordable as well! I was very worried about having a huge bill as he came after normal business hours and that wasn't the case. Especially with this being the holidays and we are a family of 5 that still struggles to make ends meet this was so nice to not have a huge bill!! Thank you again David and South Heating and Cooling for everything! We will be returning for sure!

I called South heating and cooling when I was having problems with my air conditioner. Ryan and David came out the same day that I called them and troubleshot the problem. With in a day they had the parts they needed and came back out and got our air conditioning back up and running at its best! Ryan and David were very professional and very informative. It was always a pleasure to talk to their secretary Debbie. She was very helpful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend South heating and cooling to anyone who wants an honest and hard working company to fix their HVAC needs! I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service! South Heating and Cooling is a very reliable and efficient company. My Central Air unit went out a couple of weeks ago and I called South heating and cooling. They were at my house within a reasonable amount of time and assessed the situation. My unit was shot. They replaced the unit and were very polite and on top if it. I would refer them to anyone I know. They do a great job, are very reliable and also reasonable.

Ryan and his team are amazing. They are honest, knowledgeable, kind and patient. They saved us from the heat right before our open house on a weekend. I am so pleased with their service. I definitely recommend them!

they where on time and very professional. They came did there jog and charged me a very fair price. they fixed it in one trip and had a new filter on there van to an my filter is hard to find. will use them again and everyone should. Thanks guys its so warm in here
