Just had a service visit for an eye doctors office I serve as a maintenance man. Josh the technician was very knowledgeable and worked hard to to figure out our issues, he kept me informed every step of the way and proposed several different approaches to solve the issue. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be my go to company for my heating and cooling needs

We came home yesterday to a blank-screened smart thermostat and no heat. Our is an 8 year-old geothermal system. I called the company that installed it and services it and I was told that they have one geothermal technician and he was gone for a week. I asked for suggestions, they had none. I asked for a solution. They had none. I asked who their main competitor was. They didn’t know. When we checked out your site, we saw it was veteran owned and we liked that so we gave you a call. The woman on the phone was personable, knowledgeable and scheduled a service call for this afternoon. Ross texted en route as promised. He and his helper were fantastic! They diagnosed and fixed the problem. They explained it to me in a way I almost understood. They were professional, personable, polite and thorough. We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the entire operation. Highest recommendation.

I'm very happy with every aspect of my service, from setting the appointment, to communications regarding appointment (tech let me know when he was on his way, etc) to the service itself. I'm most appreciative of Will and his professionalism and work ethic. He was very thorough to make sure everything was working as it should, before he left. He was everything you hope for, when having someone work on your heating and cooling. I'm sure all of the techs are great, but I'll definitely request Will in the future and this is the company I will call. I'm very happy. Thank you, Will!

We had an electric furnace and a heat pump install both units are running fantastic. The service and follow up that this company has done for us is excellent. We would recommend this company to anyone that's looking for a quality product and a fair price.

Jeremy/Jeremy were great! Took the time to truly problem solve our issue, make recommendations and then acted on what we agreed to. The face of any business is who deals with the customer, these gentleman represent a high level of caring and competency. Fairfield has a couple of top notch techs with these 2 gentlemen.

He came on time he was very professional. He left my house as clean as I had it, and he told me everything that I needed to know about my air conditioner and even some things that I might need you to fix in the future so I knew about them before hand I recommend this company to anyone that needs furnace air conditioning. They are the best.

Will did a thorough job, spending time to educate me on what he was doing and what were good habits for us going forward maintenance wise. He was on time, polite and clearly communicated the next steps in dealing with a non-functioning dehumidifier. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional. He made sure to notify that he was on his way and estimated time. He was timely and made sure to wear shoe guards inside. He was quick but did not rush. He gave suggestions and answered questions. Will continue using for AC maintenance in the future and probably installation.

Jeremy was exceptionally good at inspecting and addressing issues professionally, and then educating me in layman’s terms. He took the time to answer my questions of either concern, or interest. That is a strong customer satisfier for me. He made needed recommendations, which I have duly noted.
