Hubbs Heating and Air has a special place in our hearts. They have helped me personally and professionally on many occasions. The last service call, they were out in less than 6 hours.
We ran into a small issue after, but they sent out a technician for warrantee claim. I support this family owned and operated business and I feel you should to!
Chad arrived early. Explained the problem with A/C. He was outside for 5 minutes. He returned to say, "the A/C needs new service valves and coolant. They don't make that coolant any longer. I will need to talk with HQ to see how to handle this. Give me today and tomorrow to talk with them". Well, 3 days later I called the office. No estimate was done. No plan of action was available. Waited to call until the next day to find out what was going on. A woman from the front office called to say I needed a new A/C. She stated several reasons why I needed a new one. When I questioned her about the service valve replacement, she told me it was leaking and needs to be replaced because coolant is leaking into the air. I am trying to get you a better deal on a new coil. She also stated she has no reason to try to sell me a new A/C she just wants me to be safe. My question now is, is the urgency really about the coolant going into the air. If it were so urgent, why didn't the technician disable it. So many unanswered questions.
One of the best companies as far as customer service and communication goes! I’ve had several HVAC companies out to my home through my warranty and I cannot say enough good things about this one! Jose was extremely thorough in his work repairing my furnace and restoring my heat. If I could choose the company to go with every job, I would choose them!

I have used Hubbs Heating & Air for many years. I have a commercial building with many systems and they have serviced, if not installed, all of them. I also had two hot water tanks recently replaced by them. Hubbs always answer the phone, no matter what time of day, and are quick to service. My current technician, Elijiah is wonderful - professional, knowlegable, and thourough. I highly recommend Hubbs!
