Service call occurred due to low relative humidity in air, 25-29% on average when it should be about 10 clicks higher. I cleaned apparatus and installed new filter but zip.

After no reaction from three Angi inquiries, I phoned Hubbs and got scheduled within a week. My day (Friday) fell on that of the big snow, was contacted promptly and rescheduled for the following Tuesday.

Jeff (my tech) texted me at 7:40a to advise he was en route, then arrived about 60 minutes later.

Discovered it was a simple adjustment as seasonal baffle was set in summer mode, thus blocking moisture path into ducts.

Easy fix for the minimum cost of the service call, $90.00. Yea Jeff, yea Hubbs. Love it. It’s going to feel warmer and my moisturizing budget will return to normal.

I received 5 star service from this company! From the rep Julie that l spoke to via phone to the lnstaller, Tyler F. Install was done quickly and efficiently. Tyler F. was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable. I'm already planning for Hubbs Heating and Air to do my heating and cooling system in a couple months! This company preaches not to steal to their employees but they sure as heck stole from me stole $300 that is and kept my gauges so you tell me if you want He slimed me unprofessional I mean for instance their owner cussing me out over $300 gauges that he charged me for that I never even God you know you can take this or leave it babe why would I make this up I have no reason

These guys are fantastic, was working with the Miamisburg location to get an A/C unit and furnace installed. Carrie (Kari?) was incredible and responsive when we had issues with my Home Warranty company, and the guys that came out to install were amazing. They worked hard, communicated very efficiently, and were very professional. Cannot recommend these guys enough, thanks so much!

I LOVE Hubbs!! Everyone, from the people in the office to the service techs who come to your house, are so friendly and wanting to help anyway they can. Everyone is very professional and make the whole process of dealing with HVAC issues so less stressful. Would definitely call them again and will definitely recommend them!!

The technician was on time, pleasant and willing to explain any questions or concern I had. He worked on the air conditioner for quite some time (necessary because it is an old system). He was able to restart the motor by hand and explained that it needs to be replaced. He will put in an order for needed parts.
