Just want to say what a great and quick service we received tonight. I called due to no air but fan was running. Spoke with administration at the office and she stated no problem and they give veterans a discount. The person came out and was very professional and arrived in a timely manner plus had us up and operational in less than an hour. I would and will recommend them to any person I know. Thank so much on a hot Sunday.

Recently I have had the pleasure of working with Hubbs Heating & Air. I moved into my house 3 years ago. Over Memorial Day, when it was very .very hot my split unit heat pump/air conditioner quit working. It was (I thought) covered by my home maintenance plan. None if the plumbers could get out to inspect the unit for close to 2 weeks. I am in end stage renal failure and my daughter, who lives with me is 6 months pregnant . We were truly sick from the heat. The home maintenance company gave me the name off Hubbs Heating and Air Conditioning. This company responded immediately and came out within 2 days. I received a call the next day explaining what needs to be done . They said they would notify the home maintenance company. It took the home maintenance people 2 weeks to call me . They were going to order the needed equipment.
As soon as the equipment arrived, Hubb's came out to install. They discovered the maintenance company ordered the wrong unit. Hubb's said as soon as they could get the right unit they would be out to repair/install.

I had to have my entire AC unit and forced air gas furnace replaced. I could go into a lot of detail about this job and the tech's from Hubb Heating and Air but I won't. What I will say is this, Hubb Heating and Air is the only place I will ever call for this type of work and the only place I will recommend to anyone who may be in the market for heat and AC work. From office staff to tech's I am completely satisfied beyond my expectations. 100% at every level of service and quality.
A few nights ago, I smelled a natural gas leak in my basement. The gas company came out, evaluated the line and determined the water heater was leaking gas, not any of the company's lines. They shut off the gas. My home warranty company contracted Hubbs to handle the project. They were incredibility responsive and installed a new water heater. The technicians were friendly and efficient. I appreciate their work.
My name is Rodney Taylor. In may of 2017, Hubbard Heating and Air changed my furnace from propane to natural gas. They also installed a tankless water heater. I live out of the the area and they were more than happy to take care of all of my needs! The management and staff are completely professional and extremely efficient! Love the job they did and recommend you check them out!!!!
I have an FHA loan and they were very fast to get my lender what was required for approval on my renovation loan. If the rest of the process goes as smoothly as it has so far I will only recommend using Hubbs heating and air!
Horrible experience with Hubbs. 1st technician came out, took our deductible. Promised by the administration lady (probably his wife) we would not be charged again. If we heard issue again contact them and they would come back out. As it got warmer out, the issue got worse. We requested a different technician to come out. Administration lady in office got upset with our request. Owner came out and took furnace and air conditioner apart. Wanted another deductible. When he didn't get it, he left and didn't like the way I spoke to his administration person(again probably his wife).
When we complained now a 2nd time to home warranty company of their service. Owner demanded an apology from me to come out to put my furnace and outside unit back together. Sorry not going to happen. There is your apology mr owner.
The actual issue, started when his 1st technician made a joke over the phone. Who was already an hour late. Said he was hung up on another job site and really didn't know what he was doing. He asked me, how I felt about him coming to my house to fix my air conditioner. When he didn't know what he was doing.
When I was told by the owner's administration person. I would need to pay another $125 before they could do anything. I brought up the fact if the first technician knew what they were doing in the first place. We wouldn't be dealing with this situation. She said it was just a joke. Sorry, but this was poor choice of words.
Hey guess what mr owner, you can't have all satisfied customers. Like you said in your response to one negative person. So now that customer is not the only one complaining. See you at small claims court with pictures.
