My AC stopped working Saturday and DJ came out Sunday. He was very friendly and thorough. Brody and DJ both fixed the issues with my AC unit and seem like genuine & honest people. Reasonable prices. I will definitely call them for all my future AC needs. I'm very grateful that they responded so fast and were able to get things working properly within a few hours. DJ offered me a couple price options for my thermostat replacement and explained everything thoroughly to me.

Josh, the service guy, was great. They gave a time frame and he was there at the beginning. Very friendly and thorough. Gave options but let us know if we didn’t need something right now. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need.

Called about hvac issue and they send out and employee named Chad Music! This guy should be employee of year! Friendliness guy ever and his knowledge of hvac’s was extremely impressive. To the point I actually understand and retained the information he provided about our hvac and issue. So that being said we will 100% be requesting Chad for any future issues having to do with HVAC. Five Star thank you for sending us Chad!

Five Star has been an awesome company from the word jump. They replaced our old outdated furnace over a year ago with a heat pump and any time I need assistance they have been wonderful. Today a wire came out of the furnace, unbeknownst to me, which caused my furnace to stop working. The gentleman/worker was nice enough to show me how to fix it should it happen again in the future. I can't say enough nice things about this company. I would highly recommend them.

I booked a $50 diagnostic service call but when the service rep changed some settings on my thermostat it suddenly became a $170+ visit with labor costs. I was never asked if the service was acceptable or told that the labor would be charged until the end of the visit. I feel like I was tricked and the $50 fee is just to get a foot in the door. Beware of hidden and surprise costs when booking a simple diagnostic visit. Simple communication would have avoided the problem and I likely would have agreed to pay for the labor. But the fact that I was not told or advised or asked is unacceptable.
The service rep who came was otherwise informative and helpful. It’s too bad I feel like I got scammed. Will not be joining the membership because I’m afraid of huge hidden costs and poor communication.

As soon as I called someone was there to answer the phone, had someone out the next morning. Easton who helped us with our furnace was very nice, respectable, and knowledgeable. All around good service and we will be using them again.

Scheduled a furnace repair with this business for my elderly mother. The scheduler was friendly as well as the technicians who showed up within the promised time.

Unfortunately this business does not service furnaces in manufactured homes. According to one of the technicians it’s just a business policy. The scheduler had asked me a number of questions before finalizing the appointment. To bad she did not ask this critical question.

Suggestion: If you need service for furnace in a manufactured home, call Fairfield Plumbing & Heating.
