We called Fairfield Heating & Cooling this morning and had Andrew at my door within a few hours. He was able to get us back up and running in a timely fashion and seemed very knowledgeable.

Placed a call on a Saturday afternoon for a furnace that had gone out in one of our rental properties. I left a message with their after hours service and received a call back in about 30 minutes from a technician named Isaiah who told me he was on his way. I was not on site but he was able to diagnose the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it. I’ll use them again if and when I have any HVAC issues.

Quick to show up, they need to order a part and come back to install; however, the overall service was great.

The service repairman
was very knowledgeable and he would double check the wiring hook up with a coworker to see that it was properly wired to the right connections.
He was very good and efficient repairing the parts to be replaced, so we could get the heat back on so quickly for my 84 year old mother.

Josh did a thorough check of the whole system and found the problem very quickly. He is excellent!!

They are very professional and friendly. In the years that I have dealt with them, they have been easy to work with, always call when they are on there way, and are very knowledgeable of the Heating and A/C Systems they are working on.
