These folks are splendid. They did a fine job on our own furnace and a/c, presenting us with an accurate estimate before any work was done and finishing the work quickly and well. Moreover, Mr. Mike Waits, one of the officers of Fairfield H and C, gave me invaluable advice that enabled me to make a minor repair on some equipment for a financially-stretched friend who lives in western Ohio. That's really above and beyond the call of duty, but these guys will do just that.
