We purchased a maintenance contract with David White. The contract includes a Spring and a Fall checkup, 2 free filters a year and all parts and labor are covered if a break down was to occur. Our unit was due for the Spring checkup and the friendly office staff scheduled a time that would work best for us. Tommy S. was our service technician that day. He called us when he was on his way which was much appreciated since we have pets. He arrived during the time frame that was provided by the office staff. He removed his shoes to make sure he didn't track anything into our home. David White had installed a new Lennox HVAC this year for us. He ensured it was working properly and that we didn't have any questions on how to operate our smart thermostat (icomfort S30). I am extremely satisfied with David White and would like recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.
We previous had our Lennox furnace installed by David White. We called David White Services recently to convert this 3 year old furnace from propane to natural gas. They were very accommodating and performed the work quickly. I would recommend them highly.
looks like the guy that was working on the inside just threw the furnace in the space and spilled suet in the hallway where he removed the old furnace. called manager chris and there going to try and clean it the next time their out. my wife already tried scrubbing without removing the stain. also the furnace is not level at all, its tilted back into the wall. put a level on it and its way off. hope this doesnt affect anything. never recommend this service to anyone.
Called today to get a estimate and an appt to get my ducts cleaned out. I was transferred to a voice mail. I understand people are busy, but when someone is trying to gain you services, please do not send them to voicemail. Will use another company from this point on
I will never recommend this company to anyone. There technicians failed to show up on May 20 for our fist appointment that I scheduled with them. I never received a call stating they couldn’t make it, I had to call to reschedule. Then today May 31 there technicians where supposed to be at my house at 9:00 this morning I called them at 9:45 to see what happened and they stated they where on there way. I told them I would have to reschedule because they where not there on time they told me the technicians would call me to reschedule they never did this is ridiculous!!!! Communication could have saved this them from this bad review.
Tommy was very friendly and professional technician. He went as far as removing a wasp nest while performing system health check. Thank you David White Services for keeping my system up and running well.
The field service men Joe and Jeff are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They are professional and helped solve a problem for our heating and cooling, in addition to installing a new generator.
Be careful as they will not stand behind their install or product if you have any issues after the install. You have to file a claim on your own insurance to fix the damage done by them.
