We originally had Bowers come out just to have a comparison on a quote from a competitor. After meeting with the salesman Drew, it was clear the level of service from Bowers was leaps and bounds ahead of the competitors. Drew took the time to review all aspects of the install to ensure we understood the differences in equipment. We decided to move forward with Bowers after that knowing we would be in much better hands. We were right. The installers were great. Very clean and friendly. Drew came out during the install to ensure things were going well and we were satisfied. The installers walked us through the thermostat and app before leaving. A few months later I get a call from Drew just checking in on how we like the system. Most companies would be done with you once they received their payment, but the team at Bowers really goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied not just after the install is complete, but also down the road. Can't say enough how great Drew and the team was to work with. Would recommend them a million times over.

Bowers installed a complete high-efficiency HVAC system in 2022. The condensate pump failed prematurely and Bowers (Trent is very professional!), responded within minutes to an emergency call on a weekend, fixed our problem, and made us happy again...that we chose Bowers Heating & Cooling. I called when they opened to let them know I had water coming from our furnace. Brian was here in an hour to figure out the problem. He is super nice and polite. He told me what was wrong and quickly made the repair. Bowers has always taken great care of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

A Constant drip from bathtub faucet was a puzzle and took time and a true professional. Yearly maintenance of central air and draining water tank for preventative measures explained with genuine friendliness. Bowers responded immediately and I always recommend their services and trust them to get the job done.

Our furnace went out and they were super responsive to our call for help. They fixed it as soon as the part came in (expediated) and personally loaned heaters to keep us warm. Brian and the company went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely stick with them for any future needs.

This is the 2nd time I have used Bowers and have been pleased both times. Both times the person that came out was very polite and knowledge. There pricing I feel is very reasonable. I will use them again if I again need heating repair. I recommend them for your heating or cooling repairs.

Bowers installed a new Daikin furnace and A/C unit in the Fall of 2021 it has performed perfectly since the install. I would recommend Bowers and a Daikin furnace to anyone. It is quiet and efficient and significantly reduced my gas and electric bills.

Fast service. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The appointment was right away and the service technician was very polite and told me everything he was doing and needed to do. Thanks everyone!
