Moser Plumbing & Heating

We purchased our house in September 2021. The prior owner had used Moser for installation and service so after hearing an odd sound in October 2021 we felt it best to give them a call. They diagnosed the issue but ended up ordering the wrong part. The admin stated they would get the correct part ordered and we would be on top of the list for the following Spring. When we did not hear from them in April we reached out and were told that things were busy but we would be taken care of soon. After no movement we called again in May and June - each time we were met with increasing agitation from Moser about our repeated calls. Over 4th of July weekend our air conditioner, which was 5 years old, quit working. I called Moser again the Tuesday after and am still waiting for a call back. In the meantime we found another provider who was quick to diagnose and work to get a resolution. Part of the diagnosis included the fact that not fixing the original issue cause the compressor to break resulting in a need for an entire new unit. At no point did anyone from Moser tell us that continuing to run the system as is could potentially create this larger issue. Additionally our system had a 5 year warranty and by the time we got a new company our time in service was 5 years and 2 days.

We tried to be patient and give grace knowing that times are difficult but due to the lack of urgency we have now been without AC for two weeks and are on the hook for an entire new unit. I strongly encourage whomever is reading this to avoid using this company.

Called them to install a water filtration system, hook up a line to our ice maker and repair a broken pipe. Nice, professional, quality work, affordable and did not leave a mess. Will call them again and highly recommend.

Whenever i have a problem that needs Moser's help, they are always there for me. Their service is very good and the staff are so helpful and kind. I am very lucky to have them on speed dial.

A paving company hired by the city punctured a gas line Friday evening. We had our line tested and found a very small leak that needed repaired. Moser was very understanding with the urgency of the matter and had a tech out Saturday morning. Jeremy was extremely helpful and polite. He explained what needed done and had the repairs completed within a few hours. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Had 2 gas lines added in 2 houses for my gas stove because there was only electric hook ups. Both times were fair prices. Well worth it.

Today I am having a hot water tank installed. Again fair price. AWESOME JOB!

Horrible experience with the owner only, staff was professional and kind. Very disappointed in his rude and non professional attitude. Took my money and ran, same problem arose again in 1 week, I was told by the owner, "Did it run when we left? Then it isnt my problem"

What's your definition of fast? Been waiting 2 weeks after quote and was told would come out in 2 days! Anyone know anyone else?

They give fair prices, they do good work, are friendly and clean up when they are done.
