Thermostat wasn't set correctly and Trent showed me how to do it. Then looked at the furnace to make sure everything was in good working order. He was wonderful!

My furnace would not light. I called Bowers and they had an expert technician come the same day to troubleshoot and repair the furnace. My furnace is over 23 years old and the mfg went out of business 20 years ago, making parts very difficult to find. Bowers technician was able to find compatible parts and also create a custom new part to get the heat back on within hours.

The entire staff was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and explained everything in detail to me.

The service was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and I was so impressed I asked them to quote me for some additional, optional services.

Being in a level 3 snow emergency, -1 degree temps, and too windy to even go out, you do not want your furnace to go out. Well, today around noon ours did go out. We didn’t know it for an hour or so when the temp went down. So we called Bower’s Heating and luckily Brian showed up within an hour of our call. He found the problem and fixed it! We are so grateful that on the Friday before Christmas he was able to help us. Thank you Brian and Bower’s! Merry Christmas.
