This is the second time this year that I have needed assistance. First they replaced my central air earlier this summer. Then today they came to my home for the second time. My furnace is now warming my house up again. I can't express how happy I am with this company. I now officially have them on speed dial. Thank you again Bowers Heating and cooling.

They have done work on our cold air return previously and were professional and courteous of our newly purchased home. Decided to have them repair our GFA furnace that decided to fault our on us overnight. They were there within the same day to replace a gas valve and control board. Technician was very courteous and honest with his evaluation. Most places I feel would've tried selling us a new furnace, but he recommended just replacing the two parts since the furnace was only 9 years old. Thank you Bowers for always being there for our HVAC/heating needs!

The whole team has been extremely responsive and professional. From getting a quote to installation, everything was handled exceptionally well. Will definitely be sticking with them for any future work we need taken care of.

My house was cold, and I couldn’t get the furnace to turn on. It wound up being the new smart thermostat had gone out so the technician replaced it with a new one. I appreciate someone was able to respond and make the repair on a Saturday. Thank you!

These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!...in the middle of February we called because our heater went out and they told us they would have someone out by the end of the day and within an HOUR they showed up to our house...fixed the problem and let us know what had happened..with the exact price they quoted..they are very knowledgeable and professional..we will be return customers for life...thank you guys so much!!!

Furnace kept kicking off before ignition. Bowers scheduled a repair tech that same day. The tech (Brian) immediately recognized the problem. Repairs were prompt. His demeanor was incredibly respectful. No hesitancy to call them again.

Brian W was amazing. Very professional and creative in solving a tough situation. Bowers will be my first choice from now on! Very reasonably priced also. I'm very pleased with Brian and the work he did.

We had a technician from Bowers Heating & Cooling come out to our home to repair our A/C when it was over 90 degrees outside. The technician stated that the coils inside the unit were dirty and said that it needed more refrigerant. He supposedly cleaned the coils and added refrigerant. Unfortunately, our house only became marginally cooler for about 12 hours (overnight), then heated back up to over 80 degrees by mid-morning the next day. My husband called the office and was told that they weren't certain when another technician would be able to make it there. We ended up calling another company, and their technician was able to diagnose the issue (the capacitator was broken) based on the sound our A/C unit was making. The technician also stated that we were still completely out of refrigerant. I called Bowers Heating & Cooling to discuss our bill, as it did not seem right that we were charged for the refrigerant, but I was quite rudely informed that we had to pay the entire bill. In fact, the woman I spoke with essentially scolded me for calling in another company instead of Bowers. I'm very disappointed as we have had a few decent experiences with them in the past, however, we will not be utilizing their services in the future. I should note that we had to call Bowers Heating & Cooling regarding the same issue with our water heater 3 times in 2 months before they finally fixed it.
