Trent did an absolutely fantastic job. He not only explained what he needed to check but he also showed me the results of the tests as he did them. Todd came over and was very polite and knowledgeable about my boiler and radiator system. During inspection he noticed some issues and took care of them right then and there. Would definitely use them for other future ordeals.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Only complaint is that it is very inconvenient to only get a 15 mins notice heads up. Even just a call the day before to give me an fyi that they plan to stop by the next day would help, as my spouse and I both work. This has been consistent with my routine services with them so presume it's a company policy.

Our home was cooler than the thermostat setting. Joe from Bowers responded first thing Monday morning.

Nick did a nice job servicing our air conditioners. He was very professional and pleasant. We have used Bowers for a full overhaul of our AC/Heating system. They did a great job with all the floor ducts and overhead metal ducts. Thanks for delivering quality!
