He explained the issue in a way that we could understand and gave us a quote that was fair and reasonable before completing the repair. A huge thanks to Trent and the team at Bowers for getting my furnace repaired quickly and efficiently. Trent is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced my draft inducer motor and primary power switch to my Amana furnace and the price was very reasonable. Bowers needed to order my motor but had it in from Chicago in a little over a day. Our gas burners in the furnace would not stay lit; I called Bowers at 8:05 am, and Trent was at my house within 15 minutes. He fixed the issue, and I was back to work within 30 minutes. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was able to pay right away, and the bill was quite reasonable.

We had Bowers install our entire system when we built our house in 2017. They were amazing to work with on everything and have been amazing to work with on everything since then.
