Love this company!! I have used them in the past and as always, they fixed the issue with no problems. Nick was awesome! Explained everything perfectly. I will never use another company!!!!! The office staff is amazing! Very professional and very nice to speak with!!

We called Bowers to come out and service our furnace, water heater, and AC. Nick and Trent provided excellent service. They explained everything as they serviced each unit and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be using Bowers in the future.

They have advanced knowledge of circuit issues and can troubleshoot the latest to the oldest units. Bowers cares about making the correct assessments and delivering the RIGHT solutions affordably. All is very important to me so I can depend on keeping my home up and running so my family stays safe, stress free - a blessing. Dealing with honest and knowable professionals who care about the wellbeing of you and your family speaks volumes for who you can count on and turn to. In the Fall, when my furnace was not putting out any heat, continuing to blow cold air non-stop, I flipped and then prayed. You worry about things like everyone catching colds or the pipes freezing, ... then I started the space heaters while calling to find help. I'd already had one "new" replacement control board put in a year + ago by a private contractor who I later learned never wired it in right. That caused more serious issues with the AC in the summer and then burned out the board. While that got us through one winter, the HV/AC hadn't run properly since. I located an old board on e-bay to match the original which only lasted one more season. Bowers came highly recommended by the trusted company who had discovered that the private contractor had wired the replacement board wrong. Mr. Bowers himself fit me into his schedule as the other company was booked solid. He took the time to test and retest the prior boards and ran thorough diagnostics on the entire electrical system to test voltage input and output in order to determine that the first "replacement board" was the wrong part. Lucky it hadn't damaged my entire furnace. Mr Bowers quickly located where the correct OEM parts were nearby. He retuned within the hour to install them and adjust the temperature flow. It was the first time in a year and a half that my furnace had run properly and strong like it use to without hesitation. The stress and worry lifted. I'm very thankful to Bowers Heating and Cooling. They are the only company I will trust in my home from here out to maintain my HV/AC knowing they will make sure we stay safe and up and running,

Nick was amazing! He was super thorough and he was very knowledgable about what he was repairing. He fixed the issue and also showed us what to do if it happened again. We are very pleased customers!
