We had our Spring AC check up today and Chuck was so friendly, professional and thorough. He made sure I didn't have any questions and explained everything he was doing. Every interaction we have with this company makes us even more happy we chose Beltz!

Matthew was a pleasure to meet. He was professional and courteous. He respected our home by wearing the shoe covers each time he entered. He was familiar with our furnace and heat pump and their history. I really appreciate the open communication with the staff regarding appointments and who would be at our home and when. They take Customer Service to a new level.

Eric came and did a thorough inspection as well as installation of an outdoor plug. Went through the process efficiently,professionally, and thoroughly. Any other problems I have I will be going through this company.

I live in Kenton and found this company when needing a new water heater installed fall of 2022. Since then they have installed a water softener that i picked up from Lowe’s. An came in clutch when our sewer grinder pump went out. I can’t Thanks Beltz’s enough for their fast call time,. You can tell the employees enjoy their job. They all have been courteous ,diligent, explain and concerns we may have. Thank you Beltz for coming to my rescue!

Our water heater was 10 years old, started leaking over the weekend, destroyed our basement flooring, and was done for. Called Beltz on Monday morning and explained the situation. They called back a couple of times and were transparent about what was happening.

They had Shawn at our house before noon. I told him what happened. He explained our options, explained products, services, and prices, and we had a game plan within minutes. The fix was exactly what we wanted/needed, albeit a little pricey, but we had a new tankless water heater and hot water again before 3:30. Professional. Honest. Likable. From beginning to end.
