Brought repair parts and was quick to get in and out! Josh Hicks was very professional and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend!!

Got text with pic of tech. Got phone call and email on way. The tech got here asked me some questions. Did an overall look of the insides took pic showed me told me what he thought gave me the options. Not once did he try to sell me upgrade my 70 yr furnace until I questioned him about it and program available to me. There is a separate division that comes out which he contacted to get me an appointment. Very happy with service and the division that handles the sales.

All interactions I’ve had with Beltz, whether in person or over the phone, have been wonderful! They are very helpful and the service is the best! I have recommended them to all of my friends and will continue to do so. I highly recommend their Service Plan to help stay on top of routine care of heating/cooling and plumbing needs.

Chuck was the service technician who provided service for my annual winter furnace check up. He is knowledgeable & thorough when making the service calls. I trust his judgement when he recommends repairs or added safety features.

In December we smelled sewage in our home we called All Star and the man said he couldn’t smell anything, that it was probably the wind changing and blowing…I don’t even know what he said but he convinced my husband there was nothing to do. ‘I could root around for hours and still not find anything. I won’t charge you for stopping by though.” And he left. I knew there was a problem we couldn’t wait any longer so I called Beltz and they came the next day. They went in the crawl and confirmed the overflow pipe was clogged. They brought the rotor rooter thru my dining room and kitchen and removed the half bath toilet but failed to get at the clog that way. They brought it back outside and tried it thru the external access pipe. They couldn’t get the clog that way either. They brought that thing in again took it down to the crawl and accessed the exit pipe from there and finally got it unclogged. It took 6 hrs, they had 3 men and they charged $1400.

This week, 3 months later, it clogged again and we called Tony with Drainmaster. He said

1) they didn’t get all the roots in dec
2) he got it done via the external access pipe in 40 mins and charged $140
3) he guarantees his work for 3 months and also said we shouldn’t have to have the pipes unclogged for years

I also want to add that when we told Beltz we didn’t know if we had an external exit pipe they said we’d need to have them install one!! Beltz didn’t suggest where we’d find it, they told us they would install one for us though. For $3000! So we start googling, what it is and where to find it. My husband got a shovel and dug up the decorative stone in front of the house and found the exit pipe. But as I said, they couldn’t clear the clog and still had to try thru the crawl access.

Chuck did an amazing job explaining every step of the process 6 months ago which lead to us choosing Beltz for our new heating and air conditioner. Then he came out today just to do a check up and continued this excellent service. Corrected, beyond excellent service all around and we are VERY happy! Thank you Chuck and thank you beltz!

Great service with kind and caring staff. Chuck has been my main technician and brings my dog treats when he comes to service my furnace.. he is a great asset to their team! Thanks Chuck for always being upfront, honest, and doing what you do to keep our homes comfortable. A1 quality technicians!!

Shannon was our technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered questions before they were asked. Had just an inspection done but was done efficiently. Was happy with the respect of us and our home. KUDOS!!!

We just had Beltz out to replace our A/C system yesterday. As "Blue Crew" members (which I also highly recommend) we had our old system inspected and there were enough issues and concerns found that replacing it just made more financial sense than doing repair/maintenance.
As expected the overall experience was top notch. We got a quote on Wednesday and got the install done the very next day. The entire Beltz team we had on the job (Juan, Levi, Adam, and Andy) were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Being an older home there were some unforeseen challenges but they still got the entire job done same day with no changes to our original price quote.
I cannot say enough great things about this business. If you need any major electric, HVAC, plumbing, etc... work done these people are the best. Fast service, fair pricing, high quality work, and guarantees to back up what they do.

My experience with Beltz Home Service Co. has been nothing short of spectacular. They just completed a total electrical service installation from pole to house including upgraded 200 AMP wiring, new panel, surge protector, new meter and breaker...it was a big job and I could not be happier with the results or the quality of service that they provided (thank you Alex, Wyatt, and Eric!!!)
I submitted an online request to get an estimate hoping that maybe I would hear back in a few days but they contacted me that evening and set up an appointment for the next day (the office admin staff is also top notch and constantly providing updates and always a pleasure to speak with). Alex and Wyatt did a total walkthrough of everything on my list, quickly provided me with accurate, line item estimates, and I got them booked and working on my project all within 2 days.
This has definitely been the best home service/repair contractor experience I have ever had as a homeowner in multiple states. These guys are professional, efficient, honest, and truly a pleasure to have done business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service done right, quickly, and at a reasonable cost.
