Beltz staff is one of the top notch in customer service. From the moment you call to ask about services, to someone coming out to give you an estimate of what you need done, to the job getting done they always remain so polite and explain everything thoroughly to you. If you have any electrical work you need done at all the electricians at Beltz I highly recommend. Alex is an electrical genius! Him and the other electrician did such an amazing job on rewiring my house and removing knob and tube. Alex from start to finish was superb! He keeps you updated on what he is doing, he is very knowledgeable, polite, and above all else hardworking. I just met Shawn for plumbing quotes and he was just as polite and knowledgeable. Never once did they try and push you into stuff just to make a buck out of you. Beltz has a GREAT staff and I look forward to continuing to use them for any of my household problems!

Troy Phillips was my technician, and he did a fantastic job. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He made a quick adjustment to my toilet's fill valve to make it stop leaking for no charge and then gave me an accurate quote to fix my dripping tub spout (replace the cartridge) and to fix the tub drain (fix the tub waste cover; replaced it with a new drain stopper). He wore booties to keep my floors clean and was super courteous by explaining the work he was doing and helpful suggestions for the future. I'd recommend Troy Phillips with Beltz Home Service Co. :)

Chuck B did a great job with our HVAC and Electrical evaluation this Spring. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. He was also able to answer my questions in a clear manner and his explanations were understandable for me, a nontechnical person. He identified some items that could improve efficiency/longevity and provided some options should I wish to have them completed. A great overall experience with Beltz!

Beltz made appointments right away to give quotes on electrical work and hvac. Alex arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately the quote he provided for electrical work was way out of our budget cost wise. The same applied for estimate to move hvac ouside condenser.

Had a old,difficult house electrical panel replaced. Alex & Bryce did an excellent job replacing the old panel. The installation and wiring of the new panel was top quality professional work.
